No employees was available when I called for two days. Never returned voicemail. Car description was incorrect in multiple ways making it difficult to find the car. No employee onsite in garage to assist. Car was thick with cigarette smoke and could not be driven for 2/3 of the rental time because it needed to air out. The weather was 30 degrees so driving with windows all down was not an option. I would appreciate a refund and if possible a future credit to have a different experience with Hertz as I could never say anything good about them or this entire experience.Reviewed 12 Feb 2025

Pick up was a nightmare, got sent back and forth up and down to 2 different floors, eventually got sent to a pick up area and was told 'go to area 3'. We go and there's nobody there...we come back...'which car is ours'...and are told 'just take any car'. So we take a car that is the size we wanted, are told it's fine then as we leave the parking lot, a woman scans the car and tells us it's not driveable, so we have to go back in and find another car and rinse and repeat. It was a pretty poor experience, par for the course with hertz.Reviewed 21 Oct 2022
