Pros:Staff was very friendly & car was very clean.Cons:Booked a drop off for 4am, when I arrived I was told they don’t open until 5am and do not have any after hours drop off. Had to drop off the car a day earlier, get a ride back to our condo and then a ride to the airport the next morning Extremely inconvenient!! Never would have booked if I knew I couldn’t drop off at 4am! Update Covid hours on kayak so people are aware please!Reviewed 1 Jan 2021

Pros:Car was extremely clean and seemed they were taking covid precautions very seriously with the cars.Cons:The thrifty location at PBI is closed and I spent 30 mins driving around trying to find an entrance and calling bc there is a wrinkled up nearly falling down sign to advise you need to go to a complete different rental agency, hertz outside of the airport to pick up your vehicles. An email would’ve been appreciated as the several emails I received did not mention this at all and had the closed address listed.Reviewed 28 Aug 2020
