An hour and 45 minutes from arrival to when the vehicle was available to give I thought Security line was bad at the airport but waiting online outside to just get your vehicle. That was the worst only one person working and when the car was registered and handover the keys. I immediately returned back because the vehicle was not in mid conditions for what I was paying and they have to give me another vehicle which took sometimes and after being an hour and 30 minutes, I decided to go and get something to eat. I arrive at 12:30 PM and I got to the hotel around 4 o’clock. When I came back. I got my car took it and left. The return was very quick then I have to wait that long.Reviewed 4 Sept 2025

At counter, poor slow service. After been pick up at airport. My experience was horrible. Vehicle schedule for 2pm. Did not get in a Vehicle to 4:35pm. Reserve an medium SUV. They tried giving me a Corolla. They said next available Vehicle would be available after 5pm. Finally offered a Jeep. Had ta hassle with counter person to offer same price. After driving couple of hours at night time. Vehicle show a roach Infection. Let them know as I return Vehicle. It did not show it matter as another person was waiting for it. Also watch out for additional charges been applied without your approval. Like PEP. It was removed after request. Will not use this rental again.Reviewed 17 Jul 2024
