Pros (+) Pool was clean but cold room was very clean.
Cons (-) The room given was 2 doors away from the pub. People were fighting smoking and being very loud till 3-4am. My. Young son was scared and couldn't sleep. Also we could hear the other rooms quite clearly including kids fight g and having temper tantrums

Cons (-) Housekeeping staff left our room door open all day (8 hours) leaving my belongings and room accessible to anyone walking pass. Brought to management attention and they have yet to respond. They said they can't do anything for us because we booked through a third party.

Pros (+) Comfy beds, nice staff, enjoyed the pool
Cons (-) The seperate boys and girls sauna was a little different. We were there for our 10 year anniversary and would have liked to gone in the sauna together. Also when checking in, the front staff said they would put something together for our anniversary but nothing came. Overall though it was a very nice stay:)

Pros (+) Was greeted by a very personable woman. She had a great sense of humour and was very engaging with myself and other patrons. Found a couple of candy wrappers on the floor and tv could use an upgrade to at least be able to access a guide.
