Pros (+) Room was wide, relaxing, and has most amenities. The shower and the shampoos/soaps were very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful everywhere. Breakfast was nice as well. Wi-Fi was great as well.
Cons (-) It would be great if there was a weighing scale in the room. Also I did not like that the closet has exposed (open) shelves rather than with doors/shutters.

Pros (+) Breakfast was included with the rate, it was very good. Lots of choices of fresh food, meats, cheese, fruit, and coffee. Convenient location for the UN and Vienna International Center and public transit. The hotel itself was surprisingly quiet, given its location on a busy street.
