We stayed one night for a baseball game at Nats Park. Distance and location wise, the hotel was perfect for the game. The hotel was clean but front desk staff and valet staff were rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there. Besides that, we had no hot water for showers during our stay. Overall, it was fine and I wouldn't be against staying here again. The location is good...a few blocks to Nationals Ballpark, a few to the closest Metro station. Great workout area. Beautiful lounge on the 11th floor. A few "bad" things: none of the prices include tax ($14 for breakfast + tax, parking $57/night + tax). Avoid the breakfast. Marriot should be embarrassed charging anything for that. ...

Cons (-) Construction on Saturday outside our room started at 7am and was extremely loud and the machines never stopped til we left at 10:45am

Pros (+) located in a good newer area of the City, it is located at walking distance from The Capitol. the Subway one block away. The Hotel's terraza is fantastic and most of the personnel is superb (but for the one guy handling the desk overnight, seems not to like his job much) everybody else is kind and eager to help.
