4.6 Okay
Pros: Not an easy access for cars, hard to get to the room s due to hilly walkways with stairs
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Overall, the hotel was aesthetically beautiful offering excellent food. The view is breathtaking and it's location is central to the artist colony, restaurants, and shops.
Cons: The beds weren't so comfortable and blankets not warm enough to ward off the winter chill. Coffee/tea cups were dirty upon our arrival, as so one of the bathtubs had shampoo grease.
6.7 Good
Pros: We had asked to be in the main building and we were not My wife has a hip problem and we were placed on the 3 rd floor and had to walk up the ramp to the restaurant and lobby

7.1 Good (949 reviews)

A stay at Cnaan Spa places you in the heart of Safed, a 1-minute drive from Otzar Hastam of Tzfat and 8 minutes from Museum of Hungarian Speaking Jewry. Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Good location
Cons: The hotel was dirty. The hallways and the rooms. Looks like they didn’t change the sheets before we arrived. I will not go there again.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The location is beautiful minutes away from the artist colony in Sefad. Thats the best thing I can say about our stay.
Cons: The facilities have potential but it seems the owners do not want to put money into keeping it up. The pool is beautiful but there is very prominent mold all over the ceiling beams. The workout room has working exercise equipment but they are all very old models. The entertainment center did not work in the gym and the air conditioning was barely felt in there as well. It took me 4 phone calls to finally reach the Spa to arrange for treatments for husband and myself. After finally making the arrangements the Spa called me twice to change the times. It became too aggravating to arrange.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good location, courteous staff, courteous and prompt reception staff, devaluation last year, but still reasonable
Cons: There was a devaluation from last year we stayed at the hotel, but still reasonable
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The Spa facilities and swimming pool were very good .Location great.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The gotel looks great. The designs the interior design .And the food in the evening was good
Cons: The hotel caters on Succot holiday to the religious. 90%of the guests sat in the Suca and dining room was empty with only 10%, non religious. The morning of the 15th no coffee. No person to make eggs I had to call him. The salad was terrible only cucumbers and tomato. On the food table no pil and lemon for salad. Very strange way of running a hotel!!! Yesterday morn when I asked for percolator coffee was told there is none. He suggested I go to the Suca where the religious ate and I can get coffee!!! I am a paying guest and shouldThe get what I paid for.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: What isn't to love about this gem? From the minute I walked in, I was enamored with Ricki, the innkeeper. She was sooooooo sweet! The next day, someone was calling out Dov (my name) and realizing nobody knew me, I looked to see who they were calling. Turned out it was Ricki's husband, whose family has owned this great place for 83 years. Dov is equally as lovely. Both of these lovely folks were so nice when I had my local friend showed up as well as my cousin, who spent a couple nights with me. When I sat with them for breakfast one morning, I told them of wanting to make Aliyah. They offered beautiful advice and tips that was coming from a good place; it was very parently. Of course, I listened. Let's get into specifics. Their breakfast is outstanding and they serve jam they make themselves. I even used the apricot jam on some chicken I brought from Shabbos dinner. Talk about taking the chicken to the next level. Tahim. Ricki recommended me to sit in the garden where she placed chairs along the lei lines. I meditated sitting in one of those chairs and also gave Reiki to my friend. Let's just say I highly recommend sitting in those chairs.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: +The garden was very nice, green and welcoming. + The room was warm despite the rain outside, even extra blankets were provided, that I appreciated. + The owner was very kind and helpful, additionally cooks very well. I felt like being a bit at home, taken care of :). Toda raba :).

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ricki and Dov were exceptional hostesses. They went out of there way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. They were more than willing to assist us in planning our day and answer any questions ( historical, cultural, etc.).
Cons: Nothing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Owners are marvelous, very knowledgable locals who obviously enjoy interacting with their guest and goi out of their way to meet their needs
Cons: "double beds" really two singles put together. Warm was very warm (not bad) with no clear way of regulating temp. not enough shelf space in bath room ( a common problem in Israel)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Normally we don't go back to same accomodations where we have been before bus this one was so special that we had to go back after 11 years. Riki and Dubi had maintained the place very well. We stayed in a nice room in the building on the first floor. When we arrived they already heated up the room for us, lovely! There were also these little luxury items in the room which makes the stay extra comfortable like: enough power points, even with USB plugs. There was shoe polish, insect repellent, bottles of water in the fridge and stuff to make tea and coffee. When we went in the hottub in the garden they made us glühwine. Riki let us tast her homemade liqueur. The breakfast was good as well and I can't think of anything what was less comfortable. This is a very special place! We loved it, you have to find out yourselves.
Cons: Nothing that I can think of what they could improve.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was delicious and huge.
