The crew should demonstrate flexibility by moving a screaming infant to its own seat with 1 parent

Cons: "The service on Virgin Australia is quite poor. They are barely around. The seats are also only mediocre"
Pros: "Entertainment and helpful staff"
Cons: "Had worst seat on plane on outward because I didn't know I could pick a seat free of charge before online checkin This could be a lack of communication on Kayak/Last Minute.com as opposed to Virgin"
Pros: "Everything! From check-in all the way to the landing of the plane I was really satisfied! There were a couple crew members that really made the flight feel so at-home/friendly that one could not help but just smile and relax in the flight. Awesome job crew on Flight VA69!"
Cons: "I wish my partner and his family were with my parents and I on the flight to enjoy the experience we had as well."
Cons: "There was a medical issue and Virgin Atlantic refused to accept the ticket code - for any price - toward a new ticket. I paid for a new ticket and took another airline."
Pros: "The roomie seats, the USB port, and in flight entertainment"
Cons: "Child free section"
Pros: "The crew was maybe average, that was still the best point."
Cons: "Extremely tight space. The food was almost inedible. Awful."
Pros: "Really friendly crew, they go the extra mile to make passengers happy and comfortable."
Cons: "There was a boarding delay but flight still arrived in Hong Kong on time."
Pros: "The crew was professional, responsive and friendly."
Cons: "The following experience goes down in history as the worst ever because: we had a 3.5 year old child, and mom and dad seated directly in front of our row. The couple ignored the instructions to move seats forward during meals making it impossible to eat. They placed their luggage in the overhead compartment belonging to both rows, which wasn't a problem if they hadn't proceeded to open and close the compartment every 20 minutes. The 300 pd dad repeatedly stepped on my broken toe while reaching for his luggage, while rattling around and disturbing sleeping passengers. And, sadly the child repeatedly threw temper tantrums without any care or effort of intervention from the parents. In short, they terrorized the surrounding travellers. In contrast, my outbound flight, also had a family seated in the row directly in front. This family was the antithesis, considerate and respectful of their fellow passengers. Susan Laws"
Pros: "The cabin crew were excellent!"
Cons: "I paid extra for Economy Delight seats for me and my wife. Shortly after take-off, our calm and comfortable more or less empty section of the aircraft was colonised by an extended family of Orthodox Jews in a kind of airborne West Bank situation. They weren’t in our section of the cabin at all to start with, and I don’t know why they were apparently able to get a free upgrade that I had to pay £100 for. We went from being in an almost empty cabin to being basically sat in the middle of an Orthodox Jewish kindergarten. It was awful! They were noisy, messy, were constantly getting in and out of their seats, the back of my seat kept getting kicked, and there was even a baby crawling around the aisle. We were surrounded. I have no idea whether this is characteristic of Orthodox Jewish family life, or just a completely inconsiderate family. They didn’t exactly ruin my flight, but they didn’t make it enjoyable either. I asked to be moved. The cabin crew were great and acknowledged the difficulty of the situation. My wife lost her window seat but at least we still had the legroom and peace and quiet."
Cons: "British Airways neither a budget airline nor a lux airline. Doesn’t know what it is."
Pros: "The flight crew was good at keeping the guests informed. Plane was clean. Crew was polite."
Cons: "Boarding process felt like Ryanair or Easyjet. The crew kept the lights at full brightness even though it’s a night flight which made it hard to relax."
Cons: "Was not offered a drink whole others around me were. Don't know why."
Cons: "One of the worst experience I’ve had, if not the worst. Lack of communication between flight attendants at gate was the main reason for missing our flight, after 2 delays from the previous flight. When we got to the gate they closed it at that moment, earlier than it should have. A Mr. Fenney, person in charge at the gate, didn’t help much. Just went through the motion and as slow as possible trying to help us. It seemed he just wanted to pretend he was helping us. Worse was his attitude when telling is the gate has already closed, didn’t do anything to help us, nothing at all. We had to literally get information out of him. We then went to customer service were the same thing happened, a lack of care that we missed our flight due to things out of our control. Even to the point where the agent told us “be sure to be there on time this time”, like if it was our fault we missed it (we told her the details of our situation). Till this point they don’t seem to care. They left about 15 people, that i know of, hanging. If they had better comunication between gates and waited a miserably 5 more minutes (although they closed the gate earlier then they should have) everyone would have made it. Throughout the whole process we noticed that american airlines employees did not care that many on that first flight had connection flights. They were just going through the motion, slowly while all of us were a bit desperate knowing that the layover time was going to be very close."
Pros: "Fast service. No delays. Free baggage check in"
Cons: "Not so much as a free water let alone tea or coffee"
Pros: "It's a non-stop from Austin to Heathrow. Flight attendants were helpful and professional. Flight was on time."
Cons: "This 747 should be refurbished or retired. I've traveled this flight on 777s and newer 747s. This plane was an embarassment."
Pros: "Crew was helpful and polite."
Cons: "- limited choice for entertainment. - shaky video screen - why do flight to/from India are not docked at a tunnel? Spread the pain of travelling on a bus to all passengers."
Cons: "Our baggage was lost and after 2 day’s of being told that the delivering agent had our baggage and it would be delivered any minute, on the third day we were told our bags had been st the Madrid airport the whole time! Between British Airways and Iberia, terrible handoff, communication and customer service."
Pros: "Crew in club was excellent. Could not ask for more."
Cons: "Ground staff absolutely unorganised and rude. Boarding a complete shambles. No announcement, no group and priority boarding. This resulted in us losing our a slot and the flight to be delayed by almost an hour. One would think they have never boarded a plane before."
Cons: "Drinks not complimentary. The tickets we bought come with one checked bag for free, but the airline said since we bought it on Kayak it doesn't come with a free checked bag. Had to pay an extra $40 for each. Deceptive policy if you ask me on behalf of British Airways."

Amazing airport security, and the time of war. Keeping up the excellent service in adverse time

The pre flight service was incompetent unknowledgeable regarding COVID 19 Canadian laws . As well the level of communication was very poor while the language used by ElAl personnel was inadequate and offensive. All in all was a bad experience for all the members of my family and therefore I will do whatever it takes to make public my bad experience on all media platforms Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, official El Al website and other.

Cons: "The Seat was not comfortable and the entertainment console poor , I guess due to an old plane. Other wise excellent"
Cons: "Kayak should avoid misleading clients by showing luggage included as an icon while after purchasing the ticket it is not."
Pros: "Good quick service from the flight crew."
Cons: "No airline food is really good but this one seemed really unsubstantial."
Cons: "The crew in prague airport ( NOT Elal crew members ) were horrible ! They made people pay for carry ons- even though it was under 8 KG , and the size was the correct size..."
Pros: "boarding was smooth as plane wasn't full"
Cons: "poor choice of movies/tv/music really below average food"
Pros: "Friendly staff and hardest working Stewardesses I've ever seen"
Cons: "There was no possibility to select seats during checkin, we had to receive new boarding passes at the boarding desk, we arrived early but were not seated together, as well as people around us, so we had to change our seats with neighbors."
Pros: "The flight was an hour delay, they change the airplane to an old one that didn't have tv working and ask a few time for an I pad and didn't get any"

The seat leg room seemed much tighter on the way home My cheese toasty wasn’t that hot - didn’t realise till half eaten

Cons: "Our seats smelled like feces. We were forced to gate check our bags even though we each had just one small carry on."
Cons: "I missed my flight and no one answered when I tried to call through kiwi"
Cons: "Boarding at gate 43 at Berlin was very bad. Encouraged to go to gate very early. The gate area wasn’t pleasant. Once checked in through the gate we had to stand in a cramped fenced off area for more than 30 mins Seating on aeroplane cramped Everything else was good."
Pros: "Fast boarding, nice crew"
Cons: "The flight should’ve taken 1.25 hours. Ended up arriving in Berlin 3 hours later. Seats are very crammed"
Cons: "Long waiting time before departure. Audio Safety announcement without the crew pointing out visually the features and emergency excites and procedures"
Pros: "Nothing, staff didnt even attempt to help me once i eventually for the gate for easyjet and the gate had closed (due to staff telling me to go to departures after showing that i didnt have a boarding pass)"
Cons: "The lack of help recieved by staff throughout the airport to help me get to the correct gate. After 30 mins of asking different staff where to go and what i needed to do to get on the flight the gate for my flight was then closed which has caused me to pay for an extra flight. Due to this i will be requesting a full refund on the first flight."
Pros: "Cheap."
Cons: "Landing - The pram didn’t wait for us at the gate, we picked it up with lagguage. Boarding- the land crew didn’t help or offer any solution for going down 2 floor to the shuttle with a twin pran"
Pros: "Kept informed about delay"
Cons: "The plane was delayed 3 hours so booked another flight with another airline"
Pros: "The actual flight crew was pleasant to speak with."
Cons: "Despite online AND my experience flying to Santorini on the same airline, the boarding personnel at Santorini not only didn't communicate which gate until right when boarding started but inexplicably told me only 1 cabin bag was allowed and forced me to go back out through security and pay 60 euros to last minute check the bag. Also the seats don't recline in plane, there is no internet or movies on board, and no snacks or drinks are provided complimentary despite taking off over an hour late for an international flight."

The flight was delayed 5 hours and I'm and invalid,I wan a refund for this

The cabin crew on that flight were super fantastic and super helpful. They were so polite and considerate that i felt i travelled with a 5star airline.

Delayed delayed delayed - always with Wizzair. Staff were friendly and well mannered but clearly the company is unorganized and the aircrafts are outdated.

It's a budget airline. Great for short flight. Smooth landing.

4 hr delay and only told less than 2hrs before. Only given water and nuts on the flight as complimentary service. Left to wait in rain before boarding.

To be honest I did not like anything. Communication to why my flight was cancelled mid air 2 and half hours into my flight. Customer service desk were not helpful with providing information or a solution on what can be done.

I have been treated unacceptably by WizzAir aircraft crew in a previous flight, they threatened me and abused me, and I received an OFFICIAL written apology, but only two (2) months later. This flight had no such unacceptable behaviour, but it's not nice to be left waiting in the walkway (from gate to aircraft) for a long time, just so that the 'boarding' appears to be early, even if actual departure is not.

What I liked new airplane Sitting was extremely uncomfortable! Crew not smiley at all Always chewing gum

The flight was cancelled just 4 hours before the take off...

No food on board. Not comfortable. Had to move seats was delayed more than 3 hours.
