Typical rug pull experience with these cheaper brands. Booked the premium, wasn’t even offered the premium option when picking up. When I told the desk worker I actually booked the premium, I got a rehearsed “oh, it won’t be ready for another 45 minutes”. No explanation, no apology, just continued checking out with the base model. Shuttle system is dated and very infrequent. Was not even able to rent a car there. They required like 5 different forms like a utility bill to rent a car. Yet next door there is an Enterprise which rented me a car at three times the price but all I needed was a drivers license and a credit card.Reviewed 14 Jan 2025

I arrived at midnight to pick up an SUV reserved. I was told that I was late and the had given the SUV to another customer. I required a seven passenger vehicle to transport my family while in Florida. I returned the vehicle three days later and was double charged. Further, I went to the airport and reserved a seven passenger SUV from a competitor without hassle. I would not recommend an offsite vehicle renting company. Pick up was great! Had the car ready we had asked for. Unfortunately the guy at the counter changed my drop off time from my reservation so they tried to charge us an extra two hours when we returned the car. The man who was there helped out and was able to make sure we were not overcharged. I appreciate him but wish the other guy hadn’t done that on the front end.Reviewed 5 Jan 2025
