Pros:The gal that leased me the car was amazing! My reservation was canceled because my spouse used the default time rather than my arrival. She matched the price and was very friendly!!Cons:There was no one at the rents booth when I arrived and when I walked all the way back to the airport terminal there was no staff there. Pros:I didn’t like anything because I was unable to pick up the car. I was unable to pay online. The card I had planned to use did not have a chip. Therefore they refused to swipe it or manually type the number. I then used my credit card which declined.. after calling the credit card company and figuring it out, I was going to use the credit card again, but was told I couldn’t use it if it had declined once. So I had 2 card and money to spend, but they wouldn’t accept it. I offered to have my husband call to use his card and was denied that as well. The lady was completely unhelpful. I was completely stranded no one cared to help. I told my travel partner “this was the studpidest s***” . I was standing off to the side trying to figure out what I was going to do and the lady said she would no longer communicate with me if I was going to curse at her. Nothing was directed at her. When a family member arrived to rent the car and add me as a driver, she refused to rent us a car stating they were out of cars when just moments before she was going to rent me a car before I had problems. The people behind me also had issues.Cons:Absolutely. Any effort or compassion in the lady at the desk would have been appreciated and helpful. HorriblePros:NothingCons:The Customer Service was horrible both online and over the phone. When I reserved my vehicle it stated that I will have unlimited mileage but when I arrived to pick up the vehicle the man states that they have a new policy that only allows 260 miles a day because I was a resident of Tennessee. I told the guy that I was as driving to Miami and needed the unlimited plan. He basically told me sorry but I can't do anything about it. I called to speak with someone over the phone and she was even ruder than the man at the counter. Overall, I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their service. I ended up having to drive my own car to Miami not to mention it was a 1,000 miles away. I reserve my vehicle months and ahead of the new policy and they still wouldn't honor it.Reviewed 23 May 2017

Cons:Maybe put in your confirmation email some information about your pick-up and drop-off process. We walked all the way to the booth in the parking structure only to find out the pick-up was at the baggage claim area. We were lucky in that the person at the booth was able to get us a car there, rather than having to walk back to the terminal. It would have been helpful to know the process in advance. Cons:It didn’t work. They said I couldn’t rent a car in TN with a TN drivers license unless I had a utility bill with a matching address to the license. I don’t live at that apartment address that he on my license so I could not produce a bill. I had to cancel and then book with another company, day of and was very disappointed with paying full price. Will never use this service again.Reviewed 10 Feb 2021
