Pros:Friendly helpful staff. Prepaid for the rental, with no surprises at the counter. We had no issues at all.
Cons:Better back office support for the counter agents. A couple of customers were waiting and complaining about supervisors assistance and having to call the home office for problem resolution.
Pros:Everything was fine
Cons:Rental process took over an hour, even though we reserved. There were at least 4 others in the same situation. They told us they had the cars, but they had not been "serviced." The car we got was dirty and banged up. The lot was so crowded with returned cars we couldn' t get out. 2 hours later we had a flat tire. Advantage refused to help us because we didn't buy roadside service. (We were not offered it). When I got home, I got a receipt by email that was $100 higher than the one I received from them when I rented. I will fight them on that and will never rent from them again.
Cons:Impossible to reach Advantage as they changed the reservation dates. Had to cancel.

Cons:We waited for shuttle for over half hour. While we waited we watched the other rental agencies shuttles pickup customers over and over. Very frustrating! Then when picking up the car, they told us our car wasn't there and they were waiting for our car to arrive. We had to wait over an hour. And the rep behind the counter was very unprofessional.
