Pros: We had an awesome time. Staff were wonderful even when we had an issue with our room they fixed it quickly and accommodated our needs. The breakfast was good and the hotel location was beautiful. I enjoyed every bit of our stay especially since there were 11 of us. It was great .
Pros: It is located next to the water with a park, walking, and biking trails it is a lovely location for families. The breakfast is good with a variety of choices.
Cons: It is next to Oakland International Airport. You hear when the planes take off.
Pros: The fact that it has a wonderful breakfast and is close to the Bay Breeze race area.
Cons: The front desk employees were not as friendly as previous visits and the room was not as clean and fresh smelling as previous visits. This was our 3rd stay in this hotel and when we mentioned this the fellow at the front desk just said," oh."
Pros: The weather
Cons: That I can't use a prepaid master debit card to pay for hotel.
Cons: A bit dated
The 130 room property provides accommodations to suit all your needs. All rooms are Non-smoking. The hotel provides rooms with balconies to oversee the spectacular view of the marina. The hotel has an outdoor pool and spa. There is a fitness center, and also running trail along the marina. The hotel also has a business center and provides a complimentary deluxe breakfast.
Pros: Very clean, well appointed modern rooms, with 100% Cotten sheets and down comforters. His and her bathrobes. Standard continental breakfast, with bonus Starbucks coffee. Evening has coffee/tea with cookies and complimentary glass of wine. We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and we definitely will stay again.
Pros: The beds were comfortable, plenty of room and friendly staff. Beautiful and simple room. Great experience.
Pros: I booked this hotel as it was a good price, had great reviews and was convenient enough for a conference at the Moscone Center without paying ridiculous downtown prices. I wasn't disappointed. The staff were all really nice, the room was comfortable, very eclectic design, modern bathrooms, but some very opulent furniture. About a 15 min walk to the BART, 10 min to Caltrain, about 5 min walk to the downtown San Bruno area that has quite a few restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay there again and make time to try the spa!
Cons: I didn't think the breakfast buffet was anything special. but since it was included in the price, can't complain.
Focus on your destination at the Villa Montes Hotel, an Ascend Hotel Collection Member in San Bruno, CA, located near San Francisco Airport. This smoke-free hotel is located near Fishermans Wharf, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, San Francisco Cow Palace, San Francisco State University and University of California, San Francisco. Enjoy amenities like free hot breakfast, free WiFi, free airport transportation, meeting facilities and fitness center. Rooms include microwaves, refrigerators, hair dryers, coffee makers, iron and ironing boards. Valid credit card required upon check-in for incidentals.
Pros: The linens were the most comfortable of any hotel I have ever visited, and I have stayed at some of the world's most luxurious hotels. The TV has a huge screen and a supremely clear picture. 4K?? The location is very close to the rental car return agencies. Very clean. The only drawback was the check in. I asked for a quiet room with a bathtub. The first room I was assigned had soaking wet carpet from a recent shampoo. Instead of bringing me a key to another room I had to go down to the lobby again and wait for what seemed like an eternity for them to assign me a different room. The person at the front desk (Yolanda?) laughed when I explained the reason i had to change rooms. Then they had a lot of difficulty figuring out which rooms on the quiet side of the hotel had bath tubs. Once I got to the room however I was extremely comfortable and the room was super quiet. A/C could use a slight boost.
Pros: The hotel is easy to access and the quality of the rooms is very high.
Not far from the city and really close to the airport
Great view of the plane landing and taking off without the sound.
very friendly staff
Cons: A bit on the high side for the price depending on the day you stay.
Pros: Room furnishings were very nice and modern. Bed very comfortable. Loved the glass shower doors and bathroom amenities. Staff very friendly. Free airport shuttle very convenient. Overall great experience.
Cons: Tried express check-out via telephone and TV menu but neither worked. Had to checkout at front desk but luckily there was no wait. Would prefer express checkout.
Cons: Waterproof mattresses and broken fixtures? Can't believe Marriott puts their name behind this place.
Pros: Great Bed experience. I did not.mind being far from San Francisco since we had rented a car.
Cons: There was a used towel in our room when we checked.
Pros: It was very nice, location felt safe. Staff was friendly. Pillows and blanket were goose down, very comfy.
Cons: $25 parking. You run into expensive parking so much in downtown San Francisco that it would have been nice to have lower or none there. The lounge staff, while friendly, seemed to need more staffing. It took a while to be greeted or get our bill. There was no fan in the bathroom so while showering it got very hot fast. They had to add on a hold for an extra $100 on my debit card, just because it was a debit. It's refundable but it has yet to be removed from my bank statement.
Cons: They could not accommodate my room and needs since booking.com made multiple mistakes in my order. For my inconvinance nothing special was offered or any type of discounts.
Pros: Love the convenience and ease for travelers. The pool- though small for serious workout, hot tub, and work out room is great.
Pros: The staff was amazing. Some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time.
They had fruit and candy out and everyone smiled and was helpful. It was wonderful.

Pros: Easy access to the freeway, not far from tourist spots, clean rooms, warm cookies at check in and out.
Cons: I'm reserved two queen beds but I'm pretty sure they were full size beds.
Pros: There is trail around a bay in front of the hotel. Location is quiet on the weekend since its next to several business buildings.
Pros: Staff was friendly, facilities were very nice and clean. They had a fitness and business center free to use for guests. Very close to the airport.
Cons: I found a dead bug in the bathtub so I didn't give a 5 star rating.
Cons: not a good service the front desk act like we own tham something plus coffee machin stinked like its never been cleaned or checked
Pros: Very nice room comfortable bed and very good value.
Cons: The breakfast buffet at $18 was not a good value.
Pros: Only 15 min from at and t park
Cons: AC loud. Kept me up all night
Pros: A quiet place to stay almost too quiet. My room had a beautiful view of city and water.
Cons: The transportation service is very poor. A guest without a car is doomed. There's nothing close by I almost felt like I was in a deserted island.
Pros: Free parking, free wifi, free airport shuttle, comfortable beds and efficient staff were some of the highlights that we liked the most. But the hotel gives more of a business atmosphere than family although we did not have any problems with young kids. One needs to have a car to stay here as no shops in the vicinity.
Cons: The GPS didn't show this hotel in the search and instead took us to the South hotel by the same name (more of a GPS problem I believe) but still a further clarity on their website would have been helpful.
Pros: The comfort of the bed and the view from the window were the best part. .
Cons: The location is near nothing so it is better for a business person than a family. There was no fridge but a wine cooler in the room.
Pros: Great room and value. Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Hotel lobby was being renovated but it wasn't too noisy and the staff was extra accommodating. For being near the airport, you could not hear very many planes which was nice also. I would recommend it to anyone that is flying in and out of the airport, anyone in SF for business, or like us that was just in the city for the night (and doesn't want to pay over $200).
Cons: There was nothing near the hotel, it is literally in a little business district which was a little inconvenient when it came to dinner with a toddler. The pool area was really messy.
Pros: We have been staying here for 15 years.it is home away from home.

We look forward to welcoming you with our signature chocolate chip cookie at check-in.
Cons: When we checked in room wasn't ready but they did have an upgrade queen to king for $35 per night more. They charge $30 per day to park. If you want to take a guest to the pool they charge $30 per day per person. All the up charges made it rather expensive. The Meritage restaurant was not open. Only place to eat was small and not very good. It is an OLD hotel built in 1918 but upgraded. Rooms are small. The elevator permit was 6 months overdue.
Pros: Loved the look of the place from the outside..altho you quickly feel like an inconvenience being shuffled out of the way. The hotel is rich with history and has very nice decor..the room was big, with a big bathroom.
Cons: The trexk to the room was ridiculous, having to take two elevators and very long walks on different levels while carrying your things. The room floor needed vacuumed, you could feel stuff on the carpet. After we checked in, we left to go get dinner and you can't get out of the gate without a special card given at the front desk. Well guess what- oh, and it cost $30 for this parking privilege.
Pros: Wonderful location. Grand old building which has been well maintained. It had been some years since I last stayed there and the place seemed in better shape than it was.
Pros: Our oasis on the hill! The Claremont is a special place and I return there whenever I can; the location is central yet private and the staff is friendly, attentive, helpful and genuine. Each staff member, from the housekeeping staff to the manager, smiles and greets guests and is not only ready, but willing, to make your stay enjoyable. When there was an issue at check-in with the room assigned. Frank Flynn quickly and apologetically gave us another room with no question. In chatting with Fracesco (I'm sure I have not spelled his name correctly-my apologies!) in the lobby, we told him we were headed into the city the next day; he not only cautioned us about traffic and crowds in the Golden Gate Park area due to a concert, he recommended alternative areas to visit-and when he saw us a couple of days later, he asked how our trip went! A special shout-out also to Mohammad and Zachary who took care of us for breakfast in the Meritage restaurant-their service standards and guest treatment should be the envy of fine dining establishments everywhere. They made the start of our days happy and pleasant and really made an impact of the pleasure of staying at the Claremont!
Cons: The charm of an old beauty like the Claremont is also sometimes what makes you miss some things you might find in a newer hotel; the HVAC system can be unreliable and loud, the bathroom does not have an exhaust fan, etc. But having noted that, the graciousness of the wide hallways and high ceilings easily make you overlook those modern facility differences!
Pros: The look of the hotel
Cons: The check in staff
Pros: Location - close to everything including freeways. Facilities were excellent -- pool, exercise room, etc.
Cons: They treated me like a second class citizen because I booked not directly through them. Promised me a fridge and I had to find a facilities guy who didn't talk to the front desk to get one. Told me there was a free breakfast buffet, but then it wasn't free.
Pros: Stay was great wished new more about it before we got there to enjoy the facilities
Cons: Food prices were a little high
Pros: The Sunday buffet at the Meritage was very good. The lap swimming in the pools and 3 free hours of childcare included in the resort fee was also very nice and an unexpected bonus.
Cons: Ridiculously overpriced for what it was. $26 resort fee and $30 valet fee on top of over $200/night for a tiny old room that wouldn't even pass muster at a Best Western? The room was awful - outdated, small, old, musty and generally uncomfortable. Noisy from the hallway, the bed was saggy, the comforter stained and 2 adults plus a baby in a crib were way too many to fit in a tiny standard room.
Pros: Staff was very good. Room service excellent and the pools were great.
Cons: I asked for a taxi to take me to SFO. Instead of a taxi, they had reserved a sedan which was more expensive than a taxi. I thought it was a little bit cheesy. I'm sure that some people want to drive to the airport in a fancier car but they should specify. I asked for a taxi, not a town car.
Pros: Nice pool, spa and exercise facilities. My kids had a blast at the pool - it was nicely heated and they enjoyed it despite the cooler February weather.
Cons: Our room was below one of the hotel's restaurants. 6am on a sunday morning and isn't a great time to be woken up to the sounds of tables and chairs being moved. It's an old hotel so it's pretty loud.
When I checked out they gave me a bit of a discount and said that when we checked in that the front desk should have warned us that our room was loud... they really just shouldn't rent out the rooms or if they do charge less.... but they'd rather put guests in a position where they have to complain to get a discount.
Even with the discount if was an expensive weekend that wasn't as restful as you'd expect for the money.

Cons: Several pillow cases were scented with perfume. Pillow cases had not been changed? Bed sheets??
Pros: Close to airport with free shuttle every half hour
Cons: Booked a king size bed with whirlpool. I didn't read the fine print that said if available which meant I didn't get the whirlpool.
Pros: Staff was friendly and responsive.
Room seemed clean.
Cons: Staff gave wrong information about the hotel's shuttle. After waiting for more than 45 min for a shuttle that I was told would be 15 min., I ended up having to waste time and $$ to pay for an Uber driver.
No complimentary breakfast.
Cons: I thought they had a complimentary breakfast, they didn't I got charged 12.99, I wasn't happy about that !
Pros: The staff were super friendly and helpful, the hotel was really convenient to downtown SF(18 minutes away), and with an amazing view! Hotel room was clean and comfy! It was definitely worth it for the price paid.
Cons: There was no complimentary breakfast, had to pay for it. But otherwise everything was great!
Pros: Convenient location from airport or to downtown San Francisco. Excellent conveniences such as a business center, workout room, laundry facilities, and accessible room availability. They had multiple areas for business travelers to sit and work. They have their own restaurant on site so dinner and a full breakfast was offered at a very reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was very impressed when I received an email to confirm our reservation and it offered me other things that I might need, for example extra towels, blankets and even a quiet room. The only reason I didn't 5 star the hotel was because the beds were definitely full size and not queen and they were very soft and a bit lumpy. Additionally, their pillows were also very mushy and not firm enough to support your neck. Other than that it is a very nice place to stay.
Cons: Full size beds instead of queen, soft lumpy beds and mushy pillows that were not firm enough to support neck.
Pros: I'm glad there was a restaurant available. But I'm used to having a free buffet offered.
Cons: There wasn't a free buffet.
Pros: Everything was wonderful. Fresh fruit and cookies were much appreciated when we came into the lobby. Staff were so friendly and efficient, The room was very nice and quiet.
Cons: Couldn't get a second nights stay.
Pros: Clean room and polite staff.
Cons: No pool.

Pros: It's been years since I've stayed at Jack London Square. It's definitely gone up a step. Waterfront Hotel is an easy access location - both for driving and the train. Great restaurants both right in the Square and a short stroll away. The rooms are clean and comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet even with all the events during our stay.
Cons: The ONLY drawback was the hallway maze to our room. If we just followed the numbers we eventually got there...but no two paths were the same. Our coffee maker was broken but they delivered hot coffee to us immediately on request. The TV was also out but the cable was replaced while we were out for dinner. Perfect service.
Pros: The only thing we liked is its location, right next to Jack London Square.
Cons: The bathroom is tiny and outdated. no tub for my children. Advertised "city view" was actually view of the back alley/parking lot. $25 valet parking was mandatory, no self parking. not going to recommend or stay there again.
Pros: The location is nice, good restaurants within walking distance in the area. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the wine & cheese hour was a nice touch. Everything was great with the exception of the thin walls, which unfortunately makes it a deal breaker for me.
Cons: The room was incredibly dirty and the beds uncomfortable. To be specific there was an unflushed toilet with something not so pleasant upon our arrival into our room. Completely unacceptable. The television did not work either. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.
Pros: Clean rooms, close to downtown Oakland, waterfront views.
Cons: Thin walls and ceiling, could hear everything our upstairs neighbors were saying and doing, including peeing into the toilet! We were placed in a weird room right off the lobby and could hear people arriving and checking in. Was not worth the money we paid.
Pros: Balcony, view, color, staff, proximity to office.
Cons: told it'd be $20 for valet, but valet told me $25. I was charged $20. train sucked.
Celebrating the spirit of Jack London Square, Waterfront Hotel blends festive, nautical décor with the unique atmosphere of the Oakland waterfront. Experience Oakland, Brooklyn by the Bay.
Cons: Reception and bar service awful. Card keys did not work. A/C stopped working. Small, crowded lobby. Shattuck area is not inviting.
Pros: I've stayed here several times over the last few years; I had a flawless, enjoyable experience each time. This last trip they even held some rather bulky packages / equipment which had arrived a week early for work, without question. The staff is always friendly, rooms are immaculately clean, and the location (right across Allston from the Downtown Berkeley BART, a block off Berkeley's campus, and close to several good dining experiences) is excellent.
Pros: Every staff member I encountered was smiling and went out of their way to say hello, open doors, offer to help, etc. Very impressive!
Pros: I really liked everything about this place. My room was very stylish, and it came with all the usual amenities. The room was smaller, so I'm not sure if I would be happy there if I had to share the space with someone else. I don't know if all the rooms are that size, or if I just got a small room because I was by myself. For just me, it was the perfect size. The AC works well, which I've come to learn isn't a given at many "upscale" hotels. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is right in the center of everything in Berkeley, so there are plenty of restaurants, drugstores, cafes, etc. within walking distance. It is conveniently located next to the downtown Berkeley BART station. I didn't have a car, so I didn't need to deal with parking, but I imagine it's not easy or cheap. The restaurant has really good food. There is plenty of seating in the lobby/bar area to meet with people to discuss business or have a couple drinks. I just really liked it here.
Cons: They focus so much on helping each customer as much as possible, that several of us stood waiting at the check in desk for a really long time while one obnoxious customer waxed poetic about all the things he wanted to do while he was in Berkeley. They need to be more conscious of calling for help when a line starts to form.
Cons: Bar & restaurant were under renovation-- if I had known at time of booking I would have stayed somewhere else
Pros: Conveniently located in downtown Berkeley, across the street from the BART station and a couple blocks from the Cal campus. Some nice restaurants and bars nearby. Very nice accommodations and this was the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. I never heard a single sound outside of my room.
Cons: Rooms are a bit small but still very nice and comfortable.
Pros: Location. Front desk service was horrible. Room Service was worst. Terrible food. Had a hair in it. Oatmeal was lumpy
Cons: Service was way off.
Pros: Clean and vast room, everything working as it should.
Pros: Since my son started attending Berkeley two years ago, I only stay at the Hotel Shattuck when visiting him. Thus far, I've stayed at there six times. I have NEVER been disappointed in the accommodations. Admittedly, some reviewers complain about the price. But, hey, considering the location, accommodations, staff, and amenities, I'm not going to complain.
Advanced Purchase Offer: Save when booking more than 21 days in advance. Book now to lock in your discount! Restrictions and deposit apply. Shattuck Date Night Package: Get away from it all and enjoy a special night with your special someone.
Pros: Comfortable beds, very clean. Ideal for a stay by the airport. The Free shuttles are perfect.

Pros: The rooms, meeting facilities, customer service
Pros: Rooms had beautiful view overlooking the hotel Lobby. Size of the rooms are nice.
Cons: Waited for shuttle over 45 min.. a shuttle from a different Hotel was nice enough to drive us .at 2 am needed maintenance ac was not working .. bathroom was not clean toilet seats for dirty from the last person there.
Pros: The hotel was very clean and the staff was very pleasant and polite. We were staying for one night before having to be at the UCSF children's hospital the next day and we all slept like babies. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linen was very soft overall we had a great stay.
Pros: Food at 360 was great. Beds were comfy.
Cons: No microwaves in room. No liquid coffee creamer, just powder.
Pros: Beautiful hotel with strong drinks!
Cons: No nightlife near by.
Cons: The whole place smelled dusty due to the construction-- I booked a 300 dollar room and they said that there was no running water--- moved me into another room with no view but not any cheaper
Cons: Under much needed renovation. Would have been nice to know at time of booking. Air filter so plugged air wouldn't flow. Toilet wouldn't stop running. Blood on comforter. No coffee maker in room. Not at all what you'd expect from a Hyatt. Staff was great when we told them about issues.
Pros: we didnt like much. they didnt include on the web that the hotel is going through massive renovations. pool was closed which we wanted to use so badly during our short vacation. The gym was also out of service. it was very disappointing of an experience.
Cons: Under construction, noisey
Pros: Room layout, beds, a lot of outlets, very clean
Cons: HUGE construction project in the middle atrium, hence noise and no restaurant. Bathroom amenities very, very limited - need to ask for basic things like Q-tips and other (yes, they are available - a nice list in the room) but having only soap and shampoo in the room is not sufficient
Cons: Valet and bell hops were friendly and helpful. First check attempt was not successful due to a power outage that only affected the computers. Employee was also rude and really should find a job that does not involve working with people. Attempted to order food to go in the restaurant, after waiting for 25mns while the waiter was watching a football game we gave up and left. Rooms were dated and dingy. Would not recommend as a platinum passport member.
Full service, 9 story hotel with 789 guestrooms including 26 suites. Located on San Francisco Bay and just 2 miles south of SFO Airport, hotel offers free 24-hour airport shuttle service. Accessible by car or BART commuter train, downtown San Francisco is 13 miles north Accessible by car or CALTRAIN, Silicon Valley is 13 miles south. Hotel offers free trolley service to and from downtown Burlingame's shops and restaurants.
Cons: Our room as next to the elevators and could hear them going up and down. We should have requested a new room but we arrived late and had to leave very early the next day to catch our flight.
Pros: Clean, spacious, and well laid out. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Airport shuttle was a disaster. No shock absorbers. Rough ride.
Pros: The hotel was clean & pretty well maintained.
Cons: The staff were not helpful or friendly. The pool was freezing. The wifi was $10 and parking was very expensive. I was hoping for a nice quick pleasant overnight stay. It was quick but not so pleasant.
Pros: Nicest hotel staff I've encountered in a very long time. They were incredibly accommodating to myself, my husband, and my 2 year old daughter. We had an overnight stay for a connecting flight and the hotel is extremely close to the airport with a very quick and frequent airport shuttle bus. We happened to be stuck there with a delayed flight on my daughters 2 year birthday and when the staff found out they gave us an extended check out and treated the birthday girl to pasta and a birthday brownie. It was a really pleasant surprise for a tired and traveling family. Thank you Westin!!!
Pros: Through Expedia I got a great deal to stay at the Westin for 3 nights and it was great! I stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend and even though it was a holiday the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Nice shower, awesome beds and it's close to the bay so you can just walk outside for a beautiful veiw and walk. Also has a free shuttle and is a short walk to the BART station!
Pros: Hotel provided shuttles every 15 minutes to the airport. They dropped you off at your gate. Very nice.
Pros: We liked the overall vibe and style.
Cons: We didn't like the inconsistent customer service and the room vibrated from the restaurant's exhaust fan. (We moved to another room.)
Pros: The staff was very helpful and the conference rooms and facilities were very nice and what you would expect from the Westin. Room was clean. Good location
Cons: First thing I was thoroughly disappointed in was the pillows. After traveling I was tired so I immediately fluffed up the pillows to lay down for a short nap. But the pillow cases sounded and felt like paper!!! And 3'outnofnthen4 pillows were so lumpy and flat, not one firm pillow and that combined with uncomfortable pillow cases I woke up with a neck ache. Bed was uncomfortable . And the sound level in our room was so LOUD that we were woken several times by people walking by talking and each room to either left or right we heardbeverybtime the toilet flushed and every conversation or slammed door. Very disappointed in my stay this time. Better soundproofing the rooms..it felt like paper thin walls!
Cons: Parking is $25 Come on. Also, Westin withheld $100. from my card for "incidentals" wi/o notification. The cheesy glasses in the room were carefully encased in cheap plastic wrap with the prepared label
"SPG Members" affixed to the bottom of each glass, alerting the non-SPG Members that they would be charged for unwrapping the household plastic wrap from the glass if they dared to venture to drink from actual glass rather than from the plastic UNlabeled "glass" next to the special SPG one. The tub drained poorly. This hotel is full of itself and not much else in terms of service and ambiance.
Pros: Convenient to airport n hwy
Cons: Tight room
Pros: We liked having a free shuttle to the airport as well as the indoor pool. It was great for our one year old to swim and get some energy out before a cross country flight. Staff were very accommodating and provided us with a crib for the room.
Cons: The hotel restaurant was very expensive, but this is not surprising for San Francisco.
Pros: The location is the only good thing about this hotel
Cons: Customer service was horrible after a long flight

Pros: Wonderful hotel. Comfortable beds, feather pillows, full kitchen, extensive breakfast, and it even has a small DVD library available if you want.
Cons: Hardly any downsides. Setting up the DVD player in room was a bit of a mess and the pet fee was extremely high, particularly if you are there for only a day.
Pros: Loved your pillows and mattress
Cons: You need more seats/tablesl for breakfast
Pros: The hotel location was just far enough from the heart of San Francisco to get a good price, but close enough that driving wasn't an issue.
Cons: There was mold in the showers that my boyfriend had a pretty strong allergic reaction to, but overall the room was quaint and clean.
Pros: Very welcoming, great employees. Free laundromat, reasonable free continental breakfast.
Cons: Beds were not that comfortable...and no small frying/egg skillet to mske the kitchenette functional.
Location. Being styled both like a boutique and extended-stay hotel, the Larkspur Landing near the San Francisco International Airport is located on a quiet street in an office park four miles from the airport.
Hotel Features. It features custom-crafted fixtures and furnishings inspired by Craftsman architecture. Guests will enjoy complimentary fruit, fresh cookies, tea and coffee in the lobby and Larkspur Landing Room, as well as a business center with complimentary computer, Internet access, printer, copy and fax. The Larkspur Landing South San Francisco offers a fitness center, outdoor whirlpool spa, and complimentary washers, dryers, continental breakfasts, grocery shopping, airport shuttles, high-speed wireless Internet access.
Guestrooms. Suites feature welcome amenities and kitchens with full-sized refrigerators, microwave ovens, stovetops, dishwashers, flatware and utensils. Full-sized desks with executive chairs and complimentary high-speed Internet access are included.
Pros: Clean room. Great coffee in room. Staff very friendly
Cons: Cold pool, too much chlorine in jacuzzi, the room doors make a lot of noise when opened and closed.
Cons: Most hotels including other Hilton owned hotels offer a free breakfast. This one does not. So, even though we liked this hotel very much otherwise, we will probably go back to the Embassy. It was surprising that they didn't, though since most all do including other Hilton's! I hope that changes as I am a new Hilton Honors Club Member as well. I was told I had to be a "Gold" member to get this. The only problem, being handicapped, I don't travel enough to ever reach that level, but do go every year to SF and NY with my family. A comp'd breakfast would be great.
Cons: Too noisy - aircrafts taking off constantly.
No real breakfast option.
Pros: Front desk staff were very helpful and attentive with booking taxis, looking into tours, explaining the BART system, accommodating room needs, etc.
Cons: Bistro was understaffed. Lines for breakfast were long and very slow moving. One morning the one worker who had to ring up food, make it and serve it - was so overwhelmed that she forgot to give me my food. I ran out of time to wait for it and when I tried to cancel my order she gave me a hard time about it.
Kids wanted to swim in pool but the water was ice cold and not possible for them to swim in it. This was a huge disappointment.

Pros: Great breakfast, always had fruit out,
Coffee and cold water.
Cons: Rooms a bit cramped.
Pros: Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Amazing breakfast. Zero noise, even though great access to highway and airport. Very comfy bed.
Pros: It is located right off the freeway. Construction is currently on the road leading to it but that is not a huge inconvenience. The breakfast was pretty good and was steadily restocked. Room was clean but the door was a bit thin as you could hear people walking by In The hallway.
Cons: Rooms were a bit small.
Pros: Comfortable. Safe location. Good distance from city and easy to get to heart of San Francisco.
Pros: Close to the airport, costco and easy to get to. They have an awesome breakfast.
Cons: They were repaving parking slots, so less parking was available that weekend.
Pros: Location was good, staff cheerful.
Cons: Shower was very dirty after the cleaning people cleaned it (more dirty than it was before). Not sure why.

Cons: We arrived a day early. We were able to get a room, but the next day we were told we had to leave the room and couldn't check in until later in the day into a different room because our reservation was not for a "premium " room. Sheet checking in the standards room, the only difference was that our refrigerator did not have a freezer, night light did not phone chargers attached, and the tv was smaller. This was a huge inconvenience which could have ben prevented. Also on firts night if our stay, we did not receive a parking pass and were not asked for any mind of id when paying. There was hair in the shower of the "premium " room.
Pros: I have stayed in this Hotel on 3 separate occasions and they have all been quite pleasant. Its a convenient place close enough to San Francisco, the view is awesome both at the hotel and driving (unless your room faces the freeway). Facilities are upkept and the staff is friendly.
Cons: Walls are a little too thin, I can hear everything next door, including the crying kid which was a bit annoying. Also, we found an earring behind the bed.

Pros: Easy access to the airport, and some restaurants.
Cons: Would be nice if it had a swimming pool like most of the hampton hotels.
Pros: Quiet, clean and up to date room. Everything I needed. Staff was welcoming and friendly. I had a great nights sleep on a very comfortable bed! I was able to check in and request a priority of a quiet room, and that's what I got. Happy customer.
Pros: Very comfortable - staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast wasn't extravagant, but it was good. Overall a very good experience.
Pros: Rooms were clean
Cons: I didn't like the fact that we were dropped off at the wrong location. After being tired from a long flight and the fact that we were on a time frame pissed me off even More. No where at the airport does it say to take the white or black shuttle. Just the hotel name. We even asked someone that worked at the airport and they guided us in the wrong direction. Wasn't the best way to start off our vacation.... The person at the front desk said the only way we could get to the correct Hapton inn was to wait 40 min for the next shuttle to take us back to the airport and get the "white" shuttle. How was I supposed to know what color shuttle to take? No where on any signs nor paper work did it say black or white shuttle. I was not. Going to waist my vacation going bAck and fourth to the Airport. I called the correct city old where the correct HAmpton's inn was And the lady could do nothing for me. And would not accommodate a taxi for the inconvenience we had to go through. I asked to speak to the manager in duty. Guess what? No manager or supervisor on duty either... What kind if business has no one supervising its employees? My husband was so frustrAted and just wanted to get to the right location, we ended up calling a cap and and to pay for a mistake that wasn't ours. Our cab driver even mentioned that we were the second family that day that he had to pick up and drop off at the right location. He said it happens all the time. With a all if the being said. My first time ever of going to San Francisco will probably be my last because that righ there ruined our vacation.

Pros: Clean comfortable room. Many restaurants nearby. But the best thing for us was the 5 minute easy drive to return the rental car and then get on a plane at SFO Airport.
Cons: Had a water leak in bathroom in the First room they put me in. However, the front desk staff came very quickly to assess and moved us immediately to another room. Very impressed with their friendly, quick response.
Pros: Clean and comfortable .... close to airport ... coffee available...not a good choice for family unless using Bart or needing overnight place for flight....left charger and was sent to
Me quickly ..... very nice
Cons: Shuttle slow and infrequent for pickup at airport... dies not run frequently in morning to airport .... if you miss it you will
Need a cab..... also van not clearly marked .... very confusing
Pros: The facility was spotless.
Cons: Could hear the television in the room next-door.
Pros: This hotel is convenient to the rental car center. I had a flight leaving during morning rush hour so was glad i only had a few blocks to drive.

Free airport transportation is available 4:15 a.m. to 12 midnight.
Cons: The fire alarm went off at 5:00am and we had to walk down many flights of stairs. When we got to the lobby we were told it was a false alarm. After returning to the room to get some sleep before an international flight, the alarm kept going off every 15 minutes or so for the next 3 hours. This made for a stressful start to our vacation.
Pros: Location, close to SFO.
Cons: Self parking fee. Looks a standard in the Bay Area.
Pros: Quick check in and out, courteous staff, and the price was right.
Cons: However, hotel shuttle took almost 30 minutes to make the full trip between the Hilton and the international terminal. The bedding had some small stains and bathroom was not entirely clean.
Pros: We needed a place to stay near SFO that provided free airport shuttle. I found this hotel on Kayak, and while it was more than I had planned to spend for one night, it was worth it! The bed was so very comfortable - I didn't want to get out of it in the morning! The room was exquisitely appointed and the staff was very accommodating despite there being a very boisterous party off the lobby - which spilled into the lobby at times. The front desk staff handled a group of small children who were taking items from the Market Place behind the desk extremely well! Thank you so much!
Cons: More than I wanted to spend for a hotel room.
Pros: I loved the location to the airport, amazing views, modern vibe and look. Friendly staff! Big tvs!!
Cons: Dinner was expensive in the hotel. For what it was I should have eaten at McDonald's. $100 mistake.
Pros: The hotel feels like it has all of the upgraded tech and decor a geeky guy like myself want out of a hotel. It was clean, close to the airport, and didn't have any noise coming from any highways or streets.
Cons: We arrived late in the evening after a long flight to find our room wasn't ready. (at 12:30am) The front office manager said the floors had been cleaned that day, so it might feel a bit damn in the halls. Feeling tried we said Okay, and got our room key and went right to our room. The first thing we see is carpet fans scattered all over the room with every moveable piece of furniture stacked on our beds. It took another 45min to get our room switched for one that didn't have any fans, and we were questioned like we made the entire thing up. Only issue we had was the miscommunication from the office manager regarding the overnight parking. I was told it would only be $14 and I would have to use the parking machine in the garage. Well, the machine charges $20 for overnight, and I had actually already been charged $14 for parking on my room bill. So i paid for parking twice...We had to leave for the airport or I would have fought it.
Pros: The hotel is very good, it has clean facilities and friendly staff. I recommend the hotel for anyone that needs to stay around the SF airport area.
Cons: I did not like the nightly parking fee. It should be included in the room price.
Pros: Great price and nice accomodations for a decent price. Enjoyed the executive floor and it's amenities which were superb for what we paid. We will stay again if we're ever in need of an SFO airport hotel
Cons: They charged extra fees.
Pros: Good location.
Rooms are clean and well kept.
Cons: My friends left 4-5 messages for me but when I checked, I was told there were no messages left for me. So I didn't get to meet up with my friends. Pretty bad.
Pros: Nice view beds very comfortable.
Pros: We stayed at the executive level and the amenities included with that were nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The lobby is pretty run down and dated. The carpet in the lobby is very worn and dirty. The room itself was extremely clean and modern.

Pros: Price, staff was great, looks great after renovations
Pros: Don't know they overbooked cancelled reservation have not received refund yet
Cons: Don't know they overbooked cancelled reservation have not received refund yet
Pros: Helpful staff
Pros: Very good location if you have to sleep near to the airport. But it's the only reason to go this hotel!
Cons: Room very noisy (like all Howard Johnson!), is there really a wall between the rooms?
Pros: Clean, non-smoking, reasonable rates, and convenient to SFO.
Cons: Airport shuttle service doesn't start until 4am
Pros: Convenient to SFO airport; Shuttle service needs a little tuning up; breakfast adequate but could use a waffle maker. I liked the ease of getting into San Francisco via either I-2880 or Rte 101. Protected parking was good.
Cons: Walls are thin and the neighboring room was loud both into the late night and when getting up the next morning.
Pros: The staff is friendly, respectful and very helpful. Third time at staying there and thoroughly pleased. Continental breakfast is basic, but plenty. We were happy with it.Very clean rooms
Pros: the room was clean and has a very nice bathroom. nice and quite. staff was very nice, close to trader joes and dining. thanks everyone who made are stay pleaseant.

Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast daily between 6:30 AM and 9:30 AM. Bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves are offered in all rooms, along with LED TVs and free wired Internet.
Pros: The neighborhood. Excellent restaurants, bars, shops in walking distance. Awesomely diverse.
Cons: Older hotel. Could use an update but still no problem. You are downtown so it is a little noisy and there are homeless people around. But....this is what Berkeley is so don't be surprised.
Pros: The room, facilities, and staff are great.
Cons: Breakfast could use some work. It was okay, considering there is no kitchen on site. But it wasn't even good catered hot food.
