The drop off was the easiest drop off we have ever had! The car was in good condition and very clean. The pick up could be a little easier. The line was very long. The car had exactly 1/2 tank of gas at pickup even though they said it was a full tank. I returned it the same, and was charged. finding the drop off was a horrible experience. the car and features were nice. everything else was truly disappointing. very overpriced. value isn't there.Reviewed 25 Oct 2024

They can do a lot better with the experience. The pick up lady counter was just obnoxious and provided false information. This was a total mess.
