The drop off was the easiest drop off we have ever had! The car was in good condition and very clean. The pick up could be a little easier. The line was very long. It is not clear why it takes so long to pick up the car. I scanned the QR code to help expedite things but that did nothing. Please make the pick up line fasterReviewed 23 Sept 2025

Reserved a car, but they didn't have a car, made us rearrange our whole schedule. You see, anyone can take a reservation, that's the easy part. It's the holding of the reservation that's the hard part. Seriously though, it did mess up our travel plans and we didn't get to go to Cologne.Reviewed 28 May 2025

The car had exactly 1/2 tank of gas at pickup even though they said it was a full tank. I returned it the same, and was charged. finding the drop off was a horrible experience. the car and features were nice. everything else was truly disappointing. very overpriced. value isn't there.Reviewed 25 Oct 2024

They can do a lot better with the experience. The pick up lady counter was just obnoxious and provided false information. This was a total mess.
