Overall very good. One piece of feedback, I ordered the car for a specific time and it wasn’t ready at that time, we had to wait while it was being washed. Not really a problem but it was a waste of about 20 mins for us.Reviewed 18 Jul 2025

Utter thieves- fabricated damage and a blase check out and meticulous check in to identify and wrongly charge for meticulous damage.Reviewed 10 Dec 2024

Pickup was great, car was excellent. Staff was very helpful in giving directions and getting cab service. Car return was somewhat confusing trying to find the return area.Reviewed 10 Sept 2024

Inattentive staff, damaged vehicle, but the most egregious issue is the hidden fees and charges, tripling the cost at a time when you have no choice to payReviewed 24 Aug 2024

Staff was very friendly and interested to help. We reserved a Volvo XC90 and we were given an XC60. We pointed it out to the service desk. They acknowledged the error, but said that they couldn’t help because we prepaid and that we would need to contact customer service. Customer Service said that they needed approval from the location. I am assuming that I will not receive an adjustment. That causes me not to book through Kayak. Additionally, they charged me £212 for minor scratches on a wheel.Reviewed 24 Jun 2024

The new car didn't have ANY USB chargers... only USB-C. That was bloody annoying for a new rental car. That ridiculous system for checking how many points you have on your licence is also both unique and antiquated. I know it's not a Hertz specific problem... but FFS!!! The staff member did help in the end and offer an alternative. The car was great and at a good price.Reviewed 4 Jan 2022
