Pros:Nothing! Stay away and help put disreputable businesses out of business!Cons:Bait and switch. Got a price that looked great, but when I got there not only did they have an inferior car to the one I booked, that they tried to pass off, but the price they charged was over 40% higher than when I booked online. (Looking at the other reviews, I'm not the only one in this position) I walked out after confirming that they wouldn't charge me anything, and they charged me over 90 dollars (in dispute with credit card). Pros:The Pickup was the worst pickup scenario I've ever seen. There's a kiosk to 'skip the line' that you can use, but you need to get in the line after anyway. We had to deposit about $1200. The pickup process took about 2 hours. The car we received wasn't the class we requested, nor clean.Cons:Clearer indication of where to go when arriving. More staff. Working Kiosks. A real waiting area. Quicker service. Most importantly advance information on required deposits (I would never have rented from here had I known it was a $1200 USD deposit required).Reviewed 19 Sept 2019

Pros:The young teenager working there was probably the only person that was courteous and understanding there.Cons:Booked car for 11am. Didn't get car until 1:45pm. Car was wall banged up and cut on tire. They said it's all good. Protested to get another car as I didn't feel safe. Returned car at 11:45amnext day to be scold by clerk who said needed to be returned by 11 and others waited for 3h for it. Scammers!Reviewed 11 Aug 2019

Pros:Terrible experience. They wanted to give us a much smaller car than we reserved and we did not fit. They wanted to charge us more than double for a bigger car. Cons:Although I had checked in online in advance, all customers had to wait in the line to set up the car hire insurance. It took 45 minutes to get through the line, and the booked automatic car never came after 2 hours. The man checking customers in kept making rude comments about them.Reviewed 10 Jun 2019

OVERCHARGED!Pros:The instructions for pick up on the website were helpful. The Toyota Aygo we rented was clean and adequate.Cons:The shuttle doesn't run very often (every 30 minutes or so). The pick up process was inefficient and took a LONG time. What really got us though? The EXPENSE. We purchased $40,000 of insurance through Kayak and were still charged $172 for insurance at pick up. A vehicle we thought was $40 to rent for 2 days (quite a bargain) ended up costing over $200. That's ridiculous. I've spent less than that for an entire week in Hawaii. NOT AS ADVERTISED. Pros:The gentleman who shuttled me from the rental spot to BHX. He was wonderful.Cons:I was quoted £129 with taxes and everything. It was hard to find the shuttle at Heathrow, then it was a 25 minute shuttle ride from Heathrow with shuttles collecting every half hour. When I got the depot I was told it would be £297. I was with my two young boys and has been traveling for 16 hours at that point. They told me I could get back on the shuttle (coming in a half hour) and take the 25 minute shuttle back and find a different rental. Essentially, I was stranded. This is the worst company I have ever employed the services of, EVER. It was a true bait and switch. Oh, and then they only had manual transmission after I rented an automatic. Not only will I never use Easirent again, I will never book a car through Kayak again. There was absolutely no mention of obligatory additional insurance in the fine print.
