it was the worst experiance of my life. me and my wife will where so offended because we were denied the rening of gthe vehicle because of our color. we will ner use alamo or kayax ever again. my family of five had to sleep in the streets after i had already made my reservations previously.Reviewed 26 Jul 2024

The car left me stranded in the middle of nowhere, had to have the car towed to somewhere and then returned the car the next day in a different city because it wasnt working the Alamo representative wouldn’t help me replace the vehicle with another one so I had to rent another car from a different rental company. Alamo put me in a dangerous situation giving me a car that didn’t function properly and didn’t do anything to resolve the issue.Reviewed 7 Oct 2023
