8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good and hotel was tidy.
Cons: Had a late evening check in and we were looking forward to the pool to relax after hours of driving but it was closed early.
7.7 Good
Pros: Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Since we had just styled at the best western on Detroit lakes the night before, we kept comparing the two facilities. Pool not as kid friendly, DL has slide and kiddy pool. Breakfast staff was very friendly.
Cons: Front desk staff acted as though we were bothering when we checked in.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed, clean room, very quite.
Cons: Very low water pressure in bath/shower.

Featured amenities include a computer station, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Free valet parking is available onsite.
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: Check in was timely and location close to wedding venue.
Cons: I am not a penthouse suite nor a 5* only traveler. What I need is a CLEAN room and acceptable service at a eating facility. Arrowwood offered neither of these. What I experienced this past weekend is totally unacceptable. Upon checking into my room, I found many cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, beer bottle caps and sun flower seed shells on the floor. Another family member found cracker crumbs in the bed upon pulling the bed covers back. The outdoor patio service was "not present". Upon staffing for the summer, the facility is fully aware that students will be returning to school mid August. Knowing this wouldn't you have a plan in place for additional staff? Our table of six had to go up to the bar, order our own food, get our own water pitchers etc. The entire patio was a wasp haven and we had babies at our table. Wouldn't you have this under control with an exterminating service? Having booked this online the manager claims he could not refund my money and wanted to give me a free nights stay. That is also UNACCEPTABLE. I would not return unless the property had a full renovation. This is not an exaggeration in any way.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the water park. My 5-year-old nephew was over the moon playing there. The room was spacious, and the food in the on-site restaurant was good.
Cons: I stopped by the bar to grab a drink after the water park play and although there were people there, there was no bartender for the longest time. I waited 15-20 minutes for service, but when she did arrive, she was very friendly and competent.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Love the location! Beautiful views and plenty of things for the kids to do.
Cons: Needs updating and better air conditioning in the rooms.

Pros: My kids had a great time! There was basketball, floor hockey, volleyball, ping pong, pool table, arcade, pool and hot tub. We had a poolside room and the only downside was how loud it was. The pool closes at 11 and there were kids screaming right up to 11. Bring ear plugs and you will be fine.
Cons: Noted above. Very loud.

Pros: Great location near I94.
Cons: Stained furniture. More attention to the cleaning and maintenance of bathroom (loose/missing/dirty tub caulking). I requested a quiet room and was given a room at the top of the stairwell. Breakfast had minimal offerings. I booked this motel based on the reviews. I would not book here again but at the motel close by at a cheaper price.

Pros: Clean room, clean linens and beds. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: The breakfast wasn't much, but I wasn't expecting much either.

Pros: Location was good.
Cons: Hot tub was luke warm night one, then got the next (good hot). Bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was not good (bad coffee, limited options). Wifi did not allow streaming of Netflix/normal use of Internet. Towels were ripped/ratty.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: I really dislike the mold in the bathroom ! The mattresses are all worn out and need to be replaced ! The alarm clock is not any good and we asked if we could have a replacement and we were told we could and we never did get that ! The breakfast is one of the worst I have ever seen ! There was just an overall feeling of uncleanliness in the whole place ! The worker parks right in front of the building so it's very difficult to get into the check-in. The pool needs a desperate cleaning . The workers were friendly
