The online company I used for the reservation didn't get it to the hotel in a timely maner, and therefore check-in was delayed
Location was good. It was very close to the Disneyland shuttle. The restaurant was good, and the restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. I dropped money, I.d., and credit cards, and Jeffery found it for me. Thanks Jeffery!! The walls and ceiling were thin, and we got very little sleep. The staff was hit or miss with helpfulness and friendliness. It didn't strike me as that clean. I wouldn't stay there again.
The room was not clean. With hairs in the shower of previous guests and I found a cockroach inside the room
Room was cute, spacious, grounds are beautiful and location is prime. Shower pressure and temperature were fantastic. Room needs updating. While cute, every panel of the wallpaper is peeling off the walls. There was a makeshift cover for the fuse box that was falling off the walls with exposed screws. Windows opened to exterior building walls. There was only 1 nightstand by the bed, no conditioner, shower cap, or tea by the coffee pot. General condition of the furnishings were old and need to be replaced. They overcharged me for parking, normally $20/car/night, and couldn't figure out what the problem was after they had already charged my card on file. Parking is a nightmare and is small and cramped.
My kids of course loved the pool It did say it was across the street from Disneyland but it was behind the park and was way to far of a walk for my grandfather just to get to entrance.
Everything was great Clean rooms, great staff, price was just right, even the food was good ........ unfortunately there was a couple smoking pot at the stairs and the smell went inside our room I don't care if they smoke but I think they shouldn't done were there's young children around....
Friendly staff, walking distance to Disneyland Room quality and cleanliness subpar, basic amenities (rollaway bed, pack and play, wifi beyond limited speed on one day) all required an additional charge. The appeal of the price, location, and attractive online photos quickly dissipated once arriving to our actual room. Better off paying a little more for a premium hotel in the area which ends up being around the same, since they won't nickel and dime you the entire stay.
Can't beat the location, an easy walk to Downtown Disney/Grand California. Well appointed, comfortable rooms. Nice staff and facilities.
Location was spot on for Disneyland. I like it even better than the hotels on Harbor for this. Staff was friendly and room and facility were clean. They had a party in the restaurant but we were really pleased it wrapped up before 10 Room was really stale smelling and everything we have smells like that. Bed was really saggy and uncomfortable. broken stuff in the bathroom, Generally needs an update. We were also looking forward to a jacuzzi soak after our run but there wasn't one.

Proximity to work location Filthy room, mold, mildew and rot on most wood in room. Window facing major road in shower, thin walls, broken remote, old loud air conditioner, small black bugs under plastic cover on bed, overall unsanitary conditions and loud neighbors.
My experience was unfortunately a very disappointing one. We checked into the hotel and upon walking into our room, discovered our remote control did not work. This was not a problem and I looked past this. The next morning I woke up to a foul smelling bathroom, the shower was filling up with septic water and spilling into our room. I spoke with maintenance and they said they would talk to the font desk about giving us a discount, especially after we paid a significant amount more for our second day there. When checking out, I was told by the front desk to wait to speak to a manager. I then proceeded to wait 15 minutes for said manager and finally lost my patience. I returned to the person at the front desk and they told me "Oh, you were waiting on a manager?", and then said I would have to wait for them longer because they were "helping another guest, OR busy with something else." I simply said thank you and walked away. I have never had such a negative experience at a hotel and would hope that they read this and improve their hospitality. It is such a disappointment for having such a great location and beautiful grounds.
Pool Bed was uncomfortable. The hook behind the door was broken, the water sprinkler in the room look broken. Very basic hotel. WiFi didn't work. Then I was almost charged for it after I had been talking to staff about not being able to get it to work. Cable wasn't great. There is a store that sells food. We ordered a bagel and it was hard.

Location to Disneyland. The A/C did not work in the room, as soon as we walked in the hotel room there was a strong weird smell. We had to leave the sliding door open to vent out the smell. Not to mention the ants roaming freely in the room. I also noticed a flaw in security, as in I cannot recall seeing any on the premises. One is able to walk through the hotel like nothing, I did not feel safe at this hotel.
Great hotel, cleanliness was great, staff were extra nice, for a big hotel close to Disneyland it was not overly crowded Hotel has no shuttle to Disneyland, this is probably the only one downside

We had a great stay! We had the same maid each morning that greated us in the hallways. Construction was going on next door but never heard anything because it was on the side with a view and that was the opposite side than us. Starbucks in the lobby! The only bad thing was the outlets in the room were spotty. You had to wiggle it just right to get to work and one morning I woke and my phone was dead, so missed an hour at the park because of it. We also had a ding in my new car's fender the first night there, inconsiderate driver. Might be worth valet parking. But not hotels fault. Just wish I knew who did it. Other than that everything was very nice!

Close to Disneyland The in house restaurant has aweful service. I went when there were less than 10 customers and never had water or even saw our waiter. Other tables were requesting their waiter. Not a good experience. I wont stay here again.
Very convenient to Disneyland. Clean, comfortable hotel, felt safe there. The cooling/heating system can only do either air conditioning or heating. I was cold and had to get a space heater to heat the room.
I pretty much LOVED everything about the Disneyland Hotel ... The hype is true We didn't get a discount with our Annual Passes
Our stay was for our 30th wedding anniversary, and the hotel staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, & special. Although the prices seem a little high for most people, our stay was very enjoyable. We will be returning in the future. The only negatives to our trip were the Disneyland Railroad, Haunted Mansion, and River Boats were closed. Also, I was looking for a Disneyland Railroad Engineer hat, but was only able to find a Conductor's hat.. Lastly, there were no hats for the Disneyland Monorail.
Our room was great, and so was every cast member. I couldnt buy the throw pillow which was on each bed.
overall the pools + the room were OK no breakfast, not enough characters plqying with kids unless you make it at Goofy's
Traveled as a multi-generational family group. We greatly appreciated how soundproof this hotel is. Plenty of water pressure at the right temperature too. And enough elevators for minimal wait time. We could have used electrical outlets for cell phones at the bedside but this is a minor improvement suggestion.
Love the themes and decor, and the perks that come with staying at a Disneyland resort hotel. The headboard that lights up and plays music (and serves as a great nightlight) is lovely. We had a room in the Adventure Tower facing Downtown Disney this time, and while we didn't care about the view (in this case, plants from the Adventure garden blocked pretty much anything we could see from the 2nd floor), what we didn't like was how loud the music was from Downtown Disney. We also learned that although we could only see a tiny amount of fireworks from Disneyland, we could hear all of them and they were pretty much as loud as they are when you're in the park. I'm still shocked that my kids slept through the music and fireworks that first night. On our third night, the older one was still awake when they started and used earplugs to get to sleep. The live music didn't stop until 10 pm even on weeknights, which meant we didn't get to enjoy the peace and quiet of the room (after being in the parks all day) until then. If you're not bothered by noise, it won't be a problem, but if you are, consider requesting a pool-view room.
Loved: The pool/hot tub (open 24 hrs), the restaurant K'ya is delicious, the lobby is very nice, the hotel staff were pleasant, there are 2 shuttles that go to Disneyland, our beds were very comfy, overall I feel it was a good value. Hated: The size of the bathroom, they charge $10/day for parking, it's a little too far to walk to the Disneyland entrance, the room was not decorated and looked like it needed to be remodeled (in their defense I think they are in the middle of remodeling but hadn't gotten to the 5th floor yet).

The restaurant was very good and very inexpensive. The bed was comfortable and the large, flat screen TV was quite nice. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I believe that my only complaint would be that the (complimentary!) wireless internet signal was a bit spotty. There were a number of times that I was either unable to get a signal or it was so slow that it was unusable.
The location was idea and the staff could not be more helpful. A great place to stay and I would highly recommend.
Location is walking distance to Disneyland. Advertised 24 hour pool was closed without notice on website during our stay. Because this was the main reason I stayed here over other nearby places, I requested a voucher for breakfast, which I was given and appreciated. I was then scolded by staff for taking the wrong, hot breakfast and told that i was only entitled to bread and fruit.
I thought the lobby and the hotel restaurant were fabulous! The restaurant had a wide variety of food all $10 and under. The quality of the food was amazing, aned room service was very affordable. This along with the price of the room made the whole trip a treat! The pool looks very inviting though we didn't have time to enjoy. Our room's air conditioner was a little old and loud, but it did nto disturb us enough to complain.
Rate was reasonable, terrific pool, bar and free computer facilities. Walking distance to disney land.
The bed, area and bathroom was clean most importantly You can hear the street from your room and the outside ac fan was load. I found the bathroom mirror area had a bit of lint just in the air . The room just doesn't feel cozy.
The staff are absolutely friendly. It's currently going through renovations, so not all rooms are consistent with one another. Can't wait until March 2017when the renovation is over. During my last stay, I was lucky enough to get a new room and it was amazing. I've stayed at Ménage 5+ times and every stay has been pleasant. Highly recommended.
We celebrated our 40th wedding in July of 2005 with 38 of our family & friends from around the country--our annv date is 8/15/65 but because of conflicts we had it in July--this is our 45th and we celebrate in Oct because of a wedding in Laguana Beach where we stayed in a sister hotel. The traffic is noise is constant
Staff is friendly. Room was small. Bed, pillows and comforter need some upgrade! Got a single King but was like a queen size. Not recommended! Disappointed.
The extra cost for breakfast is definitley worthwhile to get when booking.
The decor was very beautiful and modern. We liked that there was a Starbucks right inside the lobby and there was also onsite laundry facilities and a heated pool. Also, the location was ideal as there were lots of dining choices within walking distance. It was an added bonus that if we wanted we could park our car in guest parking and walk the mile down the road to Disneyland. (Parking at Disney is $18.00) The hotel didn't provide any informational flyers explaining how our complimentary breakfast worked, which is contracted through Starbucks downstairs. I didn't have a way to make hot water in the room. (I usually pass water through the coffeemaker to make hot water, but the models provided in the room made that impossible.) And, it would have been nice if there was a complimentary shuttle service to and from Disneyland so we wouldn't have to walk.
Location. There's a lounge within the bar where Antonio works. He's great. Convenient walk to some close eats. There's a game Room and exercise area for those who like that. Slow elevators. No breakfasts served. Pool is reportedly heated, but I would venture it isn't unless there's enough demand for it. Shower would fluctuate wildly in temperature and pressure.
Bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky.

I paid when I was there I was charged and then I get home and check my account and it was charged $128 + $14 when I call and ask why I was charged $14 they say for a parking fee I wasn't ever aware of a parking fee when I checked in no one told me nothing about a parking fee

I really liked the friendly staff and the amount of space we had in the unit, along with the fully equipped kitchen. The only thing I would change was the room had a slight smell of pet urine, maybe the previous occupant had a pet I am unsure. Once we opened the windows and aired out the room for a few hours while away at Disneyland the smell went away.
In the room we stayed we found several large roaches. Very disgusting.

We rented 2 rooms at Dolphins Cove-- one for us and one for our daughter husband and 3 children- my major concern rests with the other room( 819) The Wyndham staff managing the facility were very courteous- pleasant helpful and genuine. The location was selected as it was close to Disney. The grounds on our side featured weeds and dead grass- the other side was green grass and flowers. Our room was dated-carpet was worn out but was clean. Room 819 was filthy-carpets worn out-stained-....
Location and room size was nice and larger than expected. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils. Bathroom was very tiny. Showerhead not adequate, especially for low water pressure. Air conditioner needs replacing, was very loud and damp in room, hence the moldy smell in room upon entry. TV channel selection was lacking. No daily maid service!

Location is excellent bus ride away (20min) , lay out of room; we had 2 bed 2 bath which was perfect for our traveling family to get ready. Excellent for traveling with kids. I used kitchen to cook dinner twice. Target nearby was great. Had to wait over an hour to check in. Total inconvenience because we checked in later after coming back from Disney. Moving in our belongings late evening with a cranky toddler was no bueno. Filthy carpet as everyone mentioned. Just keep your shoes on!
This staff was ok The room had mosquitos, and spiders. The carpet was filthy. The toilet hissed every time you flushed it. They also charged my credit card $100 for a hold. They had a pile of old beds that were stained in parking spaces. Worst experience every. Don't go!!!

Location, short walk to all your needs. Recommend the 2 Bedroom Condos, they are worth it!! Nothing really to say here.

Great room on marina. It took over an hour to check in. Hotel did not have my Kayak reservation right and I had to spend a lot of time on the phone getting it straight. Also, make sure you get a room with a water view.
Heat didn't work. Charged $28 for parking without alerting us in advance. Room was completely standard of any hotel. Room service forgot our dressing, and the food was subpar
Rooms are very nice with 4 star amenities. mix of families, locals and travelers First night room was noisy due to being close to event space. They switched rooms for me next night with an upgrade and waved resort fee. Very professional and accommodating staff.
Our room had such a great view of the bay. It was very relaxing and quiet. We kept the balcony doors open almost the whole time! The staff was very polite and accommodating whenever we asked for anything. The first room we were put in, the shutters were broken and would not close for privacy. As soon as I called down, they had someone come up and move us 5 doors down within minutes. The staff was very polite and helpful.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating at the front desk, restaurants, housekeeping, and pool. Room was big and it was nice getting bottled water every day. Food at the restaurant (lunch) was surprisingly good and sitting outside by the bay was enjoyable. Overall, the facility was "tired" and is in need of renovations. Especially, the pool area lounges and chairs were old and stained. We prefer fitted sheets (which these were not) and carpets throughout the hotel (room, elevator, halls) need attention. We were told by one of the maintenance personnel who was in our room to fix a sliding shutter door, that the hotel was be remodeled within the next 3 months which is encouraging. Location was somewhat of a catch-22. It was nice being on the harbor but you really couldn't walk anywhere to shop or eat. Must have car if you want to go anywhere off site. Overall, we had a good time.
Good location. They are charging you for a bottle of red wine that is in your room. They tell you as they are giving you the key that it's included in the price - well we didn't drink the wine nor did we want to pay for it. It doesn't matter that if you don't want it - you are paying for it anyway, how ridiculous!
