Valet was full. Had to park myself in a garage and carry luggage down with no elevator. When I finally got to BonVoy check in( I’m titanium) I was told to go to the other check in and wait in line. AC would not turn off in room. Little things added up. I won’t be back.

Pros (+) Amazing staff that went out of their way to make everything about our stay as delightful as possible.
Cons (-) The beds and pillows were laughably uncomfortable. The pillows were lightly packed down feathered which meant they sunk to the bottom with no support for your head and neck with even the slightest pressure. Might need to bring my own pillows next time to avoid the neck pain.

Pros (+) The afternoon manager was very accommodating.
Cons (-) Three staffers with whom I spoke gave me incorrect information about dining in the hotel. I spent twenty minutes riding up and down on the elevator only to finally give up and order very expensive room service which arrived cold and was not as described on the menu.

Pros (+) This is the 2nd Westin I've stayed in and they have both been great. At this one in particular, the staff was super nice and I had a very good experience. The bed was amazing. Beautiful hotel from the outside too.
Cons (-) The room wasn't as big as I was expecting and I had hoped for a bathroom as nice as the one I stayed in in St. Louis. It had a big walk in shower while the one in Atlanta was a standard tub you can find in any hotel.

Pros (+) The valet parking and baggage storage staff were very friendly and helpful, but the check in receptionist was cold and impersonal.
Cons (-) For these prices, WIFI should be free. Period.
