9.4 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly staff, excellent service at the front desk and in the restaurant. Nice clean rooms. The people who work here make the experience.
Cons: My only complaint was that the rooms weren't as well insulated from sound (of other guests in the halls, the ice maker, and the "exiting the parking lot" warning sound) as I would have liked.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was huge and very clean. Great living area with kitchenette open to the bedroom area. Enough room that instead of my team of 4 meeting up at a coffee shop to game plan before our presentation, I just had them up to the room. Couch, chair, table, desk...plenty of room. 37" LG TV with DirecTV on a swiveling base was a nice touch. The King bed was very comfortable. Quite simply, this was one of the nicest business hotels I've ever stayed in and I'm a consultant, so that's saying something. Especially given the low price, highly recommended.
Cons: - Staying here means that, for some reason, you had to go to New Jersey. On purpose. - Remote control was set up for DirecTV, but not to control the LG TV set itself. #firstworldproblems - HVAC system is a little on the loud side.
6.0 Good
Cons: Breakfast was horrible.

5.3 OK
Pros: We arrived early (1230 pm) and we were allowed check in early. Breakfast was adequate and a good assortment. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room clean and replacing towels when needed.
Cons: Pool access door was broken trapping my kids and I inside the pool area with a temperature of 100 degrees. The only other exit was locked from the outside. After about 10 minutes, we were let out by front desk personnel. Later we found a towel wedged in the door to keep it from locking. The hot tub did not work correctly as all but one of the jets did not work. On one occasion, when we desired to sleep in, the housekeeping staff was so loud outside our door it was impossible to do so. Noise from the highway was expected.

Cons: it was rated as a 4 star hotel. it did not meet that standard.
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice lobby and bar, nice room, comfortable bed, large TV.
Cons: Breakfast was an absolute trainwreck. The staff had zero interest in keeping things stocked, and seemed to be counting down the minutes until finished. At no point were all four hot items available together, and the single toaster was a huge bottleneck.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location with a nice sized room
Cons: Parking is not free Staff did not help when I complained of very loud guests at midnight that were disturbing our stay.
7.0 Good
Pros: Entrance decor. Looks clean. The room was large and nicely put together.
Cons: No parking. Staff did not say in advance about not having parking on the premises. Paid parking is additional cost. Hard wood floor; cold when going to the restroom in the middle of the night. That feeling of walking on cold floor is unpleasant.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Surprisingly nice hotel. Very clean. No microwave or refrigerator and breakfast is passable. Paid parking only. Would recommend for price.
Cons: Paid parking; no microwave;no refrigerator.

4.2 OK
Pros: I liked the fact the hotel was close to a Mall and provided a shuttle and had a swimming pool with breakfast included.
Cons: The shuttle was terrible - supposed to run every 15 minutes but what they don't tell you is that one of the shuttles is reserved for airline employees of United and American and essentially, there is a shuttle every 30 minutes that is not supposed to stop at the terminals but it does it anyway. One of the drivers was supposed to pick me up from the nearby Mall and decided not to because he was running late, so I ended up running late for my flight and had to change it. Be very careful with these shuttles - they are quite unreliable.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient for overnight stay to pick up flight next morning. Wait staff at restaurant very friendly and accommodating to needs.
Cons: Nothing.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location adjacent to terminals
Cons: Prices are similar to Midtown Manhattan
6.0 Good
Pros: They set up a pack and play and refrigerator. Huge win!
Cons: No bellman to bring our bags up. We had to push the luggage cart ourselves. The restaurant was initially rude when I asked to take food upstairs (to my husband and sleeping daughter). I was surprised that this was supposed to be "in" the airport but it still required a van to access. They will not direct you to a walking path. The van was included (nice) but the driver refused to go to the premier counter, leaving us to lugg baby and bags up multiple flights. Not as easy as for a solo business traveller
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The rooms and staff were nice
Cons: The shuttle service was very poor. Understaffed shuttle service for people trying to make flights. If you are going to use mini-vans, you need to have more of them, or have bigger shuttles on stand-by.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice bed, good mirrors in room, good working space in room
Cons: Conference rooms on first floor were FREEZING!! Rooms could have used a bit more hanging space for clothes Wish there were more bath products — shower cap would have been nice, when I called housekeeping about deodorant they couldn’t help
8.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is nice and very close to the airport and a nearby shopping mall outlet. There is a restaurant, bar and business center and free hotel shuttle.
Cons: Everything was fine and the price is a good value.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Got in at midnight and still able to grab a quick bit in the restaurant/lounge! Staff was great and never made us feel rushed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everyrhubg was great above average on all things.. Great service and room service food was beyond great..
Cons: One very rude women that was a clerk at the front desk about 3am in the morning needs to be fired. I don't want to give the hotel a bad review because of her. I asked about the shuttle and all were more than happy to call the bus driver. They said tell us when you are ready.. I walked outside and came back in and there was another clerk there. I said you can call the shuttle driver now please, I'm ready. She answered very ugly and rude sharp '' when I have time I will'' there were no customers at the desk. No reason that I should have been treated like that. I just thought to myself welcome to new jersey where all the rude selfish people in the world live and blew it off. But what needs to be realized is that people like this on staff there will cause this great hotel to lose customers.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Hotel staff was nice, room was clean and not noisy.
Cons: Restaurant staff were terrible. Can't be described as nice which is in sharp contrast to the hotel staff
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Great bed, nice room layout, very quiet and dark which was nice for sleeping. If you close the curtains you will not be able to tell you are essentially in an airport.
Cons: Restaurant was okay -- not bad, not great. A bit expensive for the quality.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location ad very nice facilities.
Cons: Climbing over a small railing to get from Terminal B to front door of Hotel . A cross walk would be nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lobby and restaurants remodeled. You can walk to terminals but a shuttle is provided. Best place you can stay when departing from EWR.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great value, location & friendly staff.
Cons: Hotel was noisy, not from the proximity to the airport but the guests. Stayed 3 nights in adjoining rooms on the 7th floor and each night guests were very loud in the hall late at night (past midnight), despite the sign in the elevator to be considerate of fellow guests. Would think twice about staying there again.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
Cons: Paying for parking. There is no pool even though there are pictures online of a pool.
8.2 Excellent
Cons: Toilet too low, bed hard, terrible pillows

7.1 Good
Pros: Very comfortable bed and quiet room. Nice looking building. Airport shuttle was quick, convenient and the driver for the hotel I stayed at was very nice (can't be said for the other Courtyard hotel driver for one of the other locations...).
Cons: Too many people partying in common areas/halls. Rude driver of airport shuttle for one of the Courtyard Marriott properties (not the driver for this location - but another locations driver who was at the airport at the same time); if you don't know which of the three Courtyard hotels you're going to hope you don't get the driver I did at first because he just yells at you. Bathroom and ceilings in room could use updating.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The gentle man at the front desk was the absolute sweetest and most helpful person i've ever had the pleasure of working with. I stay at many hotels, and none the less I know that any Marriot hotel i've stayed at is built to work at its finest, but this gentleman went above and beyond to assist me and make sure we were comfortable. He helped me not only get a clean room quickly where I could put away my things and freshen up (since I had arrived much earlier than check in and had an event I needed to get to) but and when incurring a problem (When I thought I lost my ID and Debit Card) was helpful in helping me find it. It a shame on my part that with my terrible memory, I cannot remember his name. He was a caucasian male, in his late 20s promoting some football event, I believe, with a green shirt. My sister, A friend and I were attending a concert later that evening so we only booked the hotel for a one night stay in NJ, but with personnel like him and the cleanliness and professionalism of both the lobby as well as our hotel room itself, I felt like I should've stayed longer had I not already booked the rest of trip at the Ritz in Manhattan. Very satisfied. Definitely will be coming back again.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. Joe's crab shack is right next door as well.
Cons: The area is not very good. Went for a walk in the afternoon and felt very uncomfortable. Had to pay for parking as well.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Nothing perfect
5.4 OK
Cons: The hotel is very hard to get to. There is no space to pull up to check in. The parking garage is extremely expensive, and when I arrived the staff had such thick accents I couldn't understand anything they were saying.
7.0 Good
Pros: the bathroom was perfect, the bed and the comforter were very comfortable, and the tv was a great size and quality
Cons: the food downstairs was way too expensive and there wasnt any kind of complimentary breakfast.
7.1 Good
Pros: Surprisingly being next to a hockey stadium on a game night it was very quiet. We specifically asked for the quietest side of the hotel not facing the Broad Road. That might has to do with the quietness, and the floor was not so busy. The room was generally clean except the shower floor I can see black dirt residue. The front desk was curteous.
Cons: We didn't like that there was no parking or rather we needed to pay an additional $21! Tax was quite high already on top of the rate. I wish the parking could have been covered or a bit less than 21.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location to the City with a very friendly welcoming staff
Cons: Not many nearby restaurants and unfortunately the lounge closes at 10:00 with no exceptions- trust me!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cost, location, and very friendly/accommodating staff!!!

Pros: The room was big and spacious. Very roomy. Also had a a extra space that has 2 seater couch to entertain guest.
Cons: On my first night. The room was dirty has there was hair in the bathroom and leaving room area. The tiled floors felt sticky. After I complained, it was cleaned but yet it was not an excellent job as I could still see hairs but very minimal.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Really good sty at Comfort Suites. The front desk ladies and the shuttle driver were really helpful, courteous and really nice. A few things that I want to mention: 1- I requested a corner room, of which I got. But, there was something wrong with the ceiling paneling in the bathroom and the actual panels in the ceiling flapped up and down during the my stay. It was a little annoying but bearable. 2- There was a long hair on the bedding under he shirts when I pulled back the covers. I wasn't grossed out but still, not a good look overall. 3- A huge plus was there was a balcony sliding door that opened and I was able to get a view of the city and fresh air. I really enjoyed that. 4- The bed was extremely comfortable, I slept like a baby,

5.4 OK
Pros: Comfortable place to stay
Cons: CHECK-IN CLERK / SERVICE POOR
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Charged an extra $10 to park in their dirty parking lot. Breakfast was understaffed with 100 people going for one chaffing dish. No service staff. Room was ok. Only three pillows to save money. Out dated. Run down. Hazard tape across staircase. Constantly waiting for the elevator in groups of20. All jamming in and people standing waiting for the next one. Ugh
6.2 Good
Cons: The attendant at the Front Desk Myron, could not have been more rude! As I came down to check out I simply said I am checking out and all he said was just drop your key. I then asked for a receipt and he fumbled through in a huff as if I was putting him out. He did not find my hotel receipt, just a beverage expense. I asked him for hotel receipt and he looked up in a huff again and said you don't get a receipt because you booked through something else so contact them.I simply asked you cannot print an actual receipt and he just responded NOPE. I then asked for a breakfast bag since it was before 6 AM. He simply huffed away and then handed it to me without saying anything. Beyond rude. I would have stayed there this week as I am coming back for work. I will certainly not at this point. No place for bad service in competitive service industry.
4.0 OK
Cons: Bathroom was dirty

9.7 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size and very clean. The pool had plenty of towels and both the hot tub and swimming pool were well kept and both the proper temperatures. The check in process was a breeze as was parking. The breakfast was all the usual dishes. Served us well.
6.0 Good
Cons: Even I had paid to stay from April 05 to April 06, the hotel front desk did not wan accept my check in, because I arrived 06:30 am, they mentioned "non-show". My booking was very clear that I was supposed to arrive this time, and the lady was rude, not polite, I was luck that was a supervisor 20 min late to solve the situation. That was my second and last booking in this hotel, never again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Hot tub was a special treat.
Cons: Limited chance for late checkout. Some rooms are subjected to background airport sounds.
6.5 Good
Pros: Near to restaurants and the mall. Ok for overnight stop.
Cons: 1.5 hrs to get from the airport to the hotel which should take only 10 minutes. Not enough shuttle buses were running and it ended up with a free for all at the airport. Booked a place on the shuttle bus the following morning but the coach was full (there was no booking system for the coach). Could have missed flight.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, convenient location
Cons: All good!
6.5 Good
Pros: Room was clean and spacious. Comfortable.
Cons: Original parking lot wasn't working and had to park in the guest parking, which was completely packed. Only good thing was that instead of paying $20 for parking, I only paid $15 plus fees. Ridiculous that we have to pay for parking, even with a room. Pantry area was almost empty with no variety,
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location for use of Newark airport. Great staff!
Cons: Nothing
8.2 Excellent
Pros: good overnight with early morning flight departure. Enjoyed lobby bar with good accompanying menu -- not a bad place to hang out and unwind. Staff was friendly and accomodating, keeping their cool during a substantive number o all-at-once check-ins.
Cons: Shuttle from airport terminal departs from the extreme end of the airport, which depending on your arrival
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: For of all this app said that the Hilton had a spa and that was a lie !!! Also the indoor pool was dirty! The customer service was shitty. & to top it off we had to pay for parking which was $20.
4.5 OK
Pros: Access to everything
Cons: Fixures in the room needed maintenance
6.2 Good
Pros: Every staff I encountered had the same superb customer service. They were always attentive and address things fairly quickly. This was very refreshing.
Cons: The room tub was clogged, which made taking a shower uncomfortable as the water rose to our calves. Although maintenance came up to fix it, it happened again when the next person bathe. The following morning the sink was clogged almost overflowing. I'm pretty certain there must've been some plumbing issues, because it's highly unlikely for this to happen within hours. Besides the hotel restaurant, finding options to dine were very limited.
7.1 Good
Pros: Clean
Cons: Not enough mirrors you couldn't chill wroth your friends because the walls are paper thin

7.7 Good
Pros: Convenient, clean, and comfortable
Cons: Food in restaurant was mediocre and overpriced; wait staff seemed disinterested
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Front desk staff was friendly and told us the easiest way to get to nyc.
Cons: There seemed to be a lack of staff in the dining area. The 2 different young men who waited on us were okay but seemed unsure of what they were doing. Which would have been fine if the prices werent so outrageous. If you are expecting guests to pay that amount for 2 appetizers, I would be sure to have appropriate staff to wait on them.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: easy going, good hotel with nice facilities. Very close to metropark and not crowded
2.2 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Sheets were stinking. poor hygienic conditions. We were itching all over in the morning after waking up. A whole bunch of smokers in the lounge that was stinking. The elevators were in poor condition. I would never stay here again.
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: The hotel allows dogs.
Cons: The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold (it looked like someone had recently tried to paint over it and it was coming up again). There was a crack in the bathtub. There was mold all along the lip of the bathroom sink. The window frame was all rotted out and black. In our last night there, the room next door was having a loud party and it took several calls to the front desk to get someone to come and deal with it. When we called a third time, the front desk hung up on us. For $120/night, it was by far the worst hotel experience ever.
5.7 OK
Cons: there was so much noise in the hotel.....slamming doors people yelling and playing loud music......took staff over an hour to have people quiet down......
4.8 OK
Pros: room on ninth floor at end of hall
Cons: too cold in hotel. could not use indoor pool or hot tub. only given one half roll of toilet paper . restaurant freezing , dinner order completely messed up and I was charged fully for it .will never stay at this hotel again
