They do not open until 9:00AM. My flight was cancelled at 5:00AM. It is ridiculous that no cars were available to rent until 9:00AM.Reviewed 14 Jul 2026

Owner of the location where we picked up our car was great! Didn’t charge us for the booster seat we requested because he didn’t have much on hand to choose from. He upgraded our vehicle. And it still was so cheap and a great deal!Reviewed 21 Oct 2025

The rental car was terrible. It was the dirtiest rental I’ve ever had. There were scratches and dents all over from previous renters. The radio didn’t work. The car should be removed from the rental lineup. I’d like a full refund.Reviewed 3 May 2025

Parking lot signs could have been clearer about where to leave the car. But that's on the airport, not Avis' fault.Reviewed 7 Nov 2024

There was little I liked about this rental experience, but the worst part was definitely the car itself. It reeked of cigarette/cannabis smoke, it had cigarette burn holes over every seat’s upholstery, I had to throw away trash left in the back seat, wipe down all the finger prints and other smudges and streaks throughout the car and it’s screen, and clean some sort of food that was smashed into the rear seat upholstery. It made for a gross and smelly 12 hour drive. I have been traveling a lot for work, and using Avis as my go-to car provider, but I have lost faith based on this and other experiences with the company. (The exception is my local Avis store, run by Abdi, who was the reason I made Avis my provider of choice.) At this point, I intend to use other travel arrangements that will avoid needing to rent. It’s unfortunate this means Avis, intermediaries (like Kayak.com), and especially Abdi (whom I quite like) will all lose out.Reviewed 24 Jul 2024
