The pickup and drop-off were both easy. There was damage to the vehicle, however, that had not been documented. The gas tank was also slightly less than full (noticeably so) but the gauge read full when I returned it but I was charged for refueling for some inexplicable reason. They did not have a car available and I had to pay taxi to go to their location. Very rude people. They did not want to identify themselves when I arrived at the off airport site. No rep at the airport. It was very disappointing and misleading. I was stranded at the airport and had to book a car with New Look at the rate of $ 225.00 per day for a small SUV.
