7.0 Good
Pros: It was clean and I was easily able to go inside from the window, the car. The bathroom and kitchen are near from everywhere.

Cons: Noise from nearby bar was very loud until 3 am.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Location was fine staff friendly
Cons: Restaurant wasn’t opened even though there are photos on their website showing its opened. Breakfast wasn’t very good. Watered down orange juice, warm milk left out not refrigerated, lack of choice for cereal. Room was very cluttered with artefacts everywhere when all you need is somewhere to put your bags down so they are not in the way. Had to move furniture around to fit. Too cramped. No view. Lots of stairs not convenient with heavy bags. Lack of space in bathroom nowhere to put anything. Glass shelf falling out of wall and shower leaked out to floor area. Parking area very small and got blocked in trying to get out one morning. Very few choices for good restaurants around the area. Dining room being painted while trying to eat breakfast. Dangerous with people moving around ladders and drop sheets etc. Disappointed overall.

Cons: Traffic noise heard being in Unit 2 and unusual not been able to wash your dishes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Well presented. Comfortable bed. Helpful & accomodating reception staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very well equipped property and very good value. Nicely decorated. Very welcoming staff.
Cons: The WCC room should have a wash hand basin. Otherwise, anyone using the toilet while someone else is in the main bathroom has nowhere to wash their hands. Ideally the laundry should be in a cupboard for aesthetics / noise reduction.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was easy to find and had parking. Great warm Kiwiana welcome and helpfulness. Room was large and very modern with spa tub. It had a small kitchenette but no sink which meant having to clean up the dishes in the bathroom though there was a plastic tub to wash them. Bed and pillows were the best of our three week trip and though it is located on a major street, with the windows closed there was minimal noise. Across the road is a public walkway along a pretty stream and you can walk to a great restaurant on the river, called Raupo. Everything was top notch.
Cons: All good.

Pros: Great location, clean and tidy rooms with all the mod cons, nice and quiet even when there was a tour group in house, breakfast very average but otherwise a good property

Pros: This hotel is excellent. We stayed here at the start of "lock-down" and I can't praise the staff highly enough. They were extremely helpful, professional, friendly and caring at all times offering us the best service in the circumstances - nothing was too much trouble. We liked it here so much we extended our stay and will be returning when the world settles down and we can get back to NZ. Thank you very much to the staff who looked after us - it really was very much appreciated.
Cons: In the circumstances there wasn't anything to dislike other than not being able to use the facilities but we will do this on our next visit hopefully :)

5.0 Okay
Pros: Service was great
Cons: Beds were uncomfortable
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice Motel with integrated fine restaurant also providing local wine recommendations for each meal.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Mostly the hotel was great, however, our breakfast experience the next morning was not so much. See below. .
Cons: Having a choice of full buffet at $28 seemed a bit excessive so we both chose the rather simpler eggs and bacon with a hash brown. However instead of simply serving from the buffet which would have been perfectly adequate for us, it was prepared in the kitchen specifically for us. All well and good, except it took nearly 20 minutes for it to come to table, and when it did it was wrong. They had given us scrambled eggs on ciabatta instead of what we ordered. It seemed like a generous helping of eggs (maybe 4 eggs each - no complaints on that) but no bacon or hash brown. Staff then apologised and brought out a plate with 3 rashers each and 2 hash browns each. Rather sublime to ridiculous as we only ordered it for a relatively small brekkie. Not complaining about the size of the breakfast so much as got the order wrong. On the other hand it was quickly rectified. Can I suggest that they just serve from the buffet. It's quicker and less chance of getting it wrong.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very handy to CBD
Cons: the lift made a lot of noise as our room was close to it.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean, well set up with essential kitchen facilities. The bathroom was a good size and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, clean and configured as requested. There were also additional facilities like a guest kitchen for cooking evening meals and a quest laundry too.
Cons: There was nothing not to like.

Pros: Very friendly welcome to a clean unit. Room was not overly large but adequate for short stay. Unit was very tidy and clean with fresh linen and towels. Quiet location but some distance for walking to food outlets.
Cons: We were not able to park outside our unit on arrival but when we returned after going out for a meal our parking had been taken by visitors. This should be overseen by staff.
