Pros: I had the pleasure of staying at the Flatiron Renaissance hotel from 12/21-12/27. It was conveniently located near my daughters home and with the Kayak deal it was a great value. My room had a spectacular view of the Front Range. The room was beautiful and very clean. The breakfast buffet was wonderful!! The chef makes the best omelettes and is so pleasant. Our waiter was like an old friend by the end of the week. I would definitely stay there again. My only complaint is the cost of internet access is really high. I chose to use my computer at my daughters home but I was fortunate to have an alternative.

Pros: Nice, clean, comfy hotel with friendly & helpful staff!!!
Cons: Absolutely zero complaints!

Pros: You get a great room for the great rates.
Cons: We had the King Suite so I was hoping for a better view, but it wasn't that bad. Just a covered pool and fallen leaves.
6.2 Good
Pros: The location and the value of this hotel were good. It was very quiet. Everyone could find what they wanted to eat at the morning breakfasts. Also, the staff promptly attended to an issue we had with another guest (they were smoking [weed] in this non-smoking hotel).
Cons: For me personally, the beds were too soft. After a week, my back gave out. Luckily, there was a massage and acupuncture place across the street.

Pros: Location to where we wanted to go.
Cons: Room cleaning service was spotty and only half of the front desk people we spoke with were very good.

Pros: The location, the breakfast, the room at Hyatt house was a pleasant surprise. As my first stay at a Hyatt house, I was pleased to find a sitting area in addition to a bed and bath. The breakfast was above average for hotels that provides breakfasts. In addition to fresh cut up fruits and real oatmeal I enjoyed the personal omelets.
Cons: The coffee was weak and 'scrambled' eggs were obviously powdered eggs. Yuk. I consider these minor issues because there was enough of a selection of other breakfast items to avoid these missteps.

Pros: The design of the rooms and the super friendly staff. I ended up getting a bad cold and they allowed us a 2 PM checkout and were not even upset when we were still a little late. I have reviewed before but wanted to give a better review now!
Cons: At first housekeeping was not fully cleaning our room BUT when we brought it to the front desks attention they fixed it immediately. I eventually got to know some of the housekeeping staff. They were young and very sweet. Our service dog loved one of the

Pros: Love the room design and that each room has a Keurig in it! Love that the toiletries provided are all by Paul Mitchell except the makeup wipes. There is also a hidden fridge and microwave which is awesome. Great location, right by a mall!
Cons: Housekeeping slacks a bit but it is tolerable. They keep forgetting little things, do not change dirty sheets & it seems like they do their job in a hurry. Did not seem like they vacuumed or cleaned the floors once & the shower had a bit of p

Pros: Fast friendly check in staff. Room nicely decorated. Responded quickly to my request for a clean iron.
Cons: Bed pillow smelled like cigarette smoke. I used an extra sheet to cover the smell. Room iron left a spot on my dress. Able to get it out. Housekeeping brought a clean iron. Ironing board cover was not flat, caused a pattern on my dress. Used a sheet.

Cons: My real only basic concerns are as follows: My bed was not, my towels were not replaced, and my coffee supplies were not replenished on the second day.I may also be to blame because I had displayed the sign equal to a "Do Not Disturb" up to about noon.T
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What I liked best. Is that it was modern and very up to date with design
Cons: The bed was too hard making our rest uncomfortable. Didnt have double queen available. So our children had to sleep on a pull out sofa bed which was fine but it could have been bigger. Room was a little small with all that going on.

Pros: Location
Cons: The toilet ran all night, not constantly but every 20-25 minutes or so it would refill and was very loud. The TV didn't have a guide making it next to impossible to figure out what to watch. The WiFi was not great either. Had to come back down to front desk when we asked for room facing mountain and he made room facing east. Was easily resolved but was time consuming. Should have stayed at home.
7.1 Good
Pros: Average sized room, pleasantly surprised to find an in room refrigerator and safe. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows and cozy bedding. Nice updated bathroom and plenty of closet space to store luggage. Good food and drinks located inside of the Kachina restaurant. The Westin has an impressive amount of meeting spaces available with easy access.
Cons: My elementary aged child and I arrived in the late evening ready for check in. Upon arrival I was told that they didn't have any rooms available. I had pre-paid for my room upon booking and to say the least not thrilled to hear the news. After 20 minutes of calling, typing, and an additional staff member, my very tired child and I finally got keys to our room. The facilities could have been cleaner. My daughter and were attending a convention, and the carpet inside of the meeting space was FILTHY! The carpet looked as if it had never been vacuumed ever. Our clothes were covered in a weird mix of carpet shedding and other particles that carpet had collected.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful room and views. First class hotel.
Cons: No laundry facilities for extended stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: No complaints here
8.2 Excellent
Pros: A very nice hotel in a great area north of Denver.
Cons: I did not realize that this is a pet-friendly hotel (my mistake). It appeared that many families took advantage of this amenity during the Thanksgiving holiday. There were a lot of dogs in public spaces. For this reason we will not stay here again.
7.4 Good
Cons: I made the reservation for the wrong night... The night prior to our stay... We were charged for both nights, of course, but the woman who checked us in not only made me feel stupid for making the wrong reservation (like I didn't feel stupid enough already) but she was also very rude about having to find us a room for that night. I felt like they could have given us a better rate for the second night. We won't be staying here again!
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: A Denver blizzard shut down the airport and all major highways making it impossible to get to the hotel, but they would not refund me
6.5 Good
Pros: Location was great. Staff friendly. Overall clean. We're more middle class so the over $200/night we paid was a luxury for us, but this was not a luxury hotel in my opinion. Attached restaurant has very good food & friendly & accommodating staff.
Cons: Free WiFi is a joke. Kept dropping connection & even then it was poor. Had to ask multiple times for things (outlet to be fixed, towels for room). Pool was FREEZING & hot tub too hot. Also you can either be green OR get your room cleaned. There's no in between like new towels but don't have to change the sheets every day.
4.0 OK
Pros: The Kachina restaurant was great.
Cons: When booking I thought there were two queen beds. Upon arrival we had only a king. With our 14 year old son we needed two beds, and that’s what we got, a room with two twin beds. Sleeping two grown adults in one bed was not good. The hotel lobby and some floors were being renovated and we didn’t know that when we booked, only when we arrivedd.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They take customer service to the next level. Very impressed highly recommended.
5.7 OK
Pros: The hotel pubic spaces are lovely and temperature control in-room is reliable.
Cons: Food: 2 options. 1. a quasi Starbucks, open 6-2, one staff, LONG lines, very limited food offerings. 2. Sit-down restaurant that is VERY spicy. even guacamole was too spicy to eat. Internet: Was supposed to be free with conference, but every day had to log each day and pick a paid plan, which later was reversed off of my charges. This meant every day I had to call to make sure this happened. Cell service: could not get reliable service in my room (812). Called, about his, referred to an IT service -- who experienced this dropped call thing. Never was explained or resolved. Could only use cell phone outside the hotel, reliably. Banquet service: 2 staff for a banquet for 250? Buffet items not replenished unless requested. Coffee/tea NEVER brought to tables during or after dinner. Why even put coffee cups at the place setting if you weren't going to serve it?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staffing was great - Both counter Reps were excellent . However, Robert went above & beyond in making our stay comfortable & complete. Thanks again to the Westin Team for a great experience. We will be back. Dawn
Cons: Limited menu at the restaurant./bar area

9.4 Excellent
Pros: I liked the premises
Cons: Even knowing my sister was going to be on the same room later on the same day, staff removed my belongings from the room and evidently they lost my beloved cap. When coming back from work I found out my luggage and things were on a room behind the lobby. I was on a hurry to catch my flight and didn't even bother to mention it to the attendant. Now I'm telling you
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Cleaning lady was always able to get my room clean even if I left the hotel late in the morning. Breakfast was quite good. Key always worked. Minimal need for help from staff makes for a good stay.
Cons: Excessive noise in halls after midnight in halls on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Sounded like a frat party was going on. Did not figure out there were several movie channels in the 500 channel range until a couple of days went by. It would help a lot to get some sort of guide sheet. Mattress felt a bit hard and made it hard to sleep.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: A clean room with a comfortable bed in a good location.

Pros: Great location between Denver and Boulder.
Cons: My only complaint was a mildew smell in the shower.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Staying a bit out of town gives a great value for the money. This kind of hotel in downtown area would go for 3 times as much.
Cons: Rooms do not have tubs (except for accessible rooms, apparently), which is kind of unusual.

Pros: Nice clean rooms and bed was comfy. Front desk was helpful and nice.
Cons: I think the price is a bit high for a hotel that is in a suburban neighborhood between Denver and Boulder. Westminster isn't really a destination i
8.8 Excellent
Cons: No response to a request for lighting repair.
4.2 OK
Pros: The room itself would've been nice if we didn't have an air mattress to replace a bed. There was a mini fridge but was not stable and wabled.
Cons: Upon arrival, we found out they gave our 2 queen bed room away to another guest where we had four individuals in our party. They then blamed the booking site hotels.com for the error. They were booked full and the only solution they could give was to give us was an air mattress which they had to go out and buy. Oh, and 2 drink coupons for four of us. The facilities employees were nice when they came to make up the air bed but the whole situation was handled poorly. I will never stay at that hotel again and am now debating if I would ever stay at another Marriott. One of our party members cleans houses for a living and noticed there were signs of mold in the shower. Housekeeping also took towels that we had and did not replace them even though there was a blow up bed in the room!
6.0 Good
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the staff was great!
Cons: There should be refrigerators in the room as well as more places to sit outside with out having to eat or drink in the reaturant. Also, the staff should know more about their surroundings ... Where the parks and great reaturants are. Without a fridge and a place to sit outside.... My family and I won't be staying here again.

Cons: The options for breakfast were very poor, even though you're being charged separate from the room. Being disappointed we walked out at first, but then returned for the most minimal breakfast: bagel plus coffee/tea, with the idea that we'd follow that with a proper breakfast later and elsewhere.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were comfortable and clean; common areas were very nice; good restaurants and shopping nearby; only 10 minutes to CU Boulder
Cons: Bistro seemed very slow and understaffed, especially in evening; popular items on breakfast menu were only available until they ran out of what they had prepared ahead, so get there early; mattresses were too hard and pillows too soft

4.0 OK
Pros: Very trendy and modern
Cons: Construction was occurring during my stay, causing loud banging. When advising the staff, I received an apology but the construction continued. At check out, I advised the front desk and was disregarded.
6.5 Good
Pros: The location is perfect if you are going to an event at the 1stbank center, otherwise I would not recommend this hotel. Staff is nice. Bed is comfy. Free parking lot is nice.
Cons: The walls are paper thin, very noisy even though I was on the top floor. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom - you can do the math there. There is no food/room service of any sort.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Aloft is very clean, modern with a friendly staff. The location and amenities were perfect for our trip, including the concert at the nearby venue!

3.7 Mediocre
Pros: Bed was comfortable and fitness center nice.
Cons: The service and almost all staff were not knowledgeable about very basic things we asked about. The room had many missing/broken features like broken fan, non-working mini-bar/fridge, no hotel guide, phones from the 80s and other things you shouldn't expect for $200 per night. Very disappointing.
5.1 OK
Cons: Too crowded.. Not enough staff to help monitor the NYE madness. There were people everywhere in the lobby outside in the hallway... I paid Over &200 for a couple to stay ONE night there! And there was no continental breakfast... They charged me $6 for a bagel and cream cheese in the morning....On my floor there was a crowd of people just outside chillin in the hallway with a giant dog all night! The elevators were so crammed after New Years it was pure chaos and there was no staff anywhere!! to monitor the situation and the stair were impossible to find no signs anywhere to locate finally a random man came and helped... He wakes ahead of us as if we were mutants and didn't say much... For working in the hospitality business it justifiably seem right. Later that evening my boyfriend went to get some ice and stumbled upon A crowd of people and a man seriously Ou of control. He saw him beat the shot out of a guy right there in the hotel. There were crazy people runnin around with NO staff support!!!!! I was afraid to leave my room!!. My friends saw him freak out on two people on two occasions through out that night and there was no staff to call the police on him which needed to be done. It was stupid loud and chaotic and yes it wasNYE but this place looked classy and professional on the outside but they had no care to have the staff they needed for such a crazy night.. And not feeding us anything not even juice or Coffee!!!! in the morning for the amount we paid is just stupid. I will never return.
6.0 Good
Pros: Nice staff,
Cons: Pay for WiFi, no USB charging ports, ice machine broken on my floor and no refrigerator, I had to push the elevator door to get it to close,
7.4 Good
Pros: I can appreciate the view and comfortable bed. I also enjoyed a wonderful steak via room service. Felt like a decent value for the money.
Cons: A let down. Might look okay but then you look closer and realize a Motel 6 might be better. The fourth floor had a strange smell to it. The elevator doors had dents in them. My facet was not attached to the counter in the bathroom. Excessive caulking around the tub. Staff barely spoke english. Loud bangs and door slams in the middle of the night. This hotel needs a complete gut job.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: no issues, everyone was happy to help, customer service was great.
7.4 Good
Cons: Time for new mattresses

9.7 Excellent
Pros: room was well-equiped with kitchen and comfortable desk so it could allow in-room meal prep and business work. Comfortable, and it had lights beside the bed for reading (don't laugh - amazing how few hotels actually have reading lights for bed reraders).
Cons: It was large and busy - a popular place but in the morning resulted in lots of folks trying to squeeze into a small eating area. Also, an odd process - once checked in still had to use a key to go from the registration area to the rooms - seemed strange to be in the lobby and checked in then have to use a room key to access the hotel and then the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Front desk staff were exceptional..great..experienced and VERY customer centered. Both AM and PM..really unusually good, personable and caring. Beds, rooms, complete kitchen..all good breakfast..all for under 90.00. Amazing.
Cons: Nothing..the outside does not present for the great remodel of the rooms inside
