Pros (+) Great, kind staff. Clean facility. Nice pool and hot tub. Staff remembered my name each time I saw them at the front desk, and they even brought some fancy chocolate cake and beers to my room to celebrate my birthday!
Cons (-) The hot tub could be hotter. I would’ve used your spa if I could’ve made an online appointment, but I couldn’t, so we went somewhere else for a couples massage.

Pros (+) Bed was comfortable and fitness center nice.
Cons (-) The service and almost all staff were not knowledgeable about very basic things we asked about. The room had many missing/broken features like broken fan, non-working mini-bar/fridge, no hotel guide, phones from the 80s and other things you shouldn't expect for $200 per night. Very disappointing.

Pros (+) I can appreciate the view and comfortable bed. I also enjoyed a wonderful steak via room service. Felt like a decent value for the money.
Cons (-) A let down. Might look okay but then you look closer and realize a Motel 6 might be better. The fourth floor had a strange smell to it. The elevator doors had dents in them. My facet was not attached to the counter in the bathroom. Excessive caulking around the tub. Staff barely spoke english. Loud bangs and door slams in the middle of the night. This hotel needs a complete gut job.
