The pickup never happened as when I arrived I was informed for the first time that I could only use a credit card. The employee was aggressive and standoff-ish. I would suggest putting a warning of what type of payment was acceptable at certain locations as a pop up or red lettering before completing the booking. I was using my cellphone to book so maybe double check that as I never got any indication for this. Luckily I was able to have my friend pick me up but the whole experience was upsetting.Reviewed 10 May 2024
