Pros:Dropping the car off the person checking the car in was very polite.Cons:When checking the car out the guy at the desk was extremely rude. He also said that the insurance you purchase through Kayak does not cover the car. I had to call and add insurance through my personal company before I could leave. I would also recommend putting winter tires on the vehicle when it’s being rented in Alaska during the winter.Reviewed 10 Feb 2021

Pros:Check in staff/agent was not able to locate my rental reservation with my given name, then when asked why he could not find my reservation, stated it was a “common glitch” , then when I asked about the $500 deductible the agent (male) stated that if I did not like the $500 deductible that I could go to another car rental.Cons:Rental agent - young male Asian with ear ring needs to be taught better courtesyReviewed 29 Sept 2020
