It was terrible. I arrived thanksgiving night and had reserved a car, a RAV4 for 7pm. I arrived and budget was closed and there was a sign that said go to Avis. We got to the rental car depot and the lines at each rental company were 20-30 people long and no one was getting a car. In the hour we were there, 2 customers in total had been helped at Budget (which was manned by one person). Absolutely insane.
