Checked in online the day prior to pickup. Was then asked to check in again on my way to get the car. Went to the rental counter to check in. Gave my license to the counter employee and then after several awkward minutes of no communication from the employee I asked if everything was in order. “I can’t check you in because there are no cars ready”. I then asked how long my wait would be the answer was “I have no idea”. Fortunately the car was ready in about 10 minutes. I found the car and noticed the windshield was dirty and the smell of the cleaner they use was so potent that it gave me a headache on my 16 hour drive. Long story short the car wasn’t ready, the check in employee was borderline rude and the car smell was terrible. Other than that it was great!Reviewed 22 Mar 2026

They did not honor our rental car reservation. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time, we were told we had to wait an hour to chat with a manager about whether or not a car was even available for our reservation.Reviewed 16 Jul 2025
