Poor for pick up. One employee at BWI airport desk. At times, 5-8 people in line. At one point, a customer returned his car rental to exchange for another one for some issue, breaking in front of line. Car not vacuumed upon pick up. No employees in sight to ask questions. How Avis handles the ez pass for tolls relative to others is shameful. I thought the rental I had booked was competitive until getting to the counter and finding out it was an additional $25/day.
