I feel scammed /cheated. The price that I have booked during online is totally different when I pay in on the spot. The charges is way higher than expected and it is almost double as what I have booked online. There are additional different types of tax in the payment and the taxes prices is totally different when I book online. The customer service doesn’t allow me to negotiate and he said it is a must to pay. I have no choice because I need the car in hurry. Staff was friendly and helpful! Car was dirty. Interior of front windshield was a mess. We had rain that week and windshield wipers were terrible. A previous customers sunglasses were inside of vehicle. I’m not sure the car was cleaned prior to my pickup.Reviewed 17 Oct 2023

This location did not have a car available for us upon arrival and the staff was extremely rude. We were left stranded in Buffalo 80 miles from our destination. Luckily there was a Lyft driver available at 1am but it cost $160 to get to our destination. This will be the last time I do business with Kayak or budget car rentals.Reviewed 15 Oct 2022
