Pros:Staff was very friendly and helpful and the drop off was super easy, the car was comfortable and clean.Cons:Would have been nice upon renting to have been told about toll road options.Reviewed 14 May 2021

Pros:Easy navigation of the site. I rented the ‘dealer’s choice’ and was totally pleased. Check in and check out were flawless. The staff on both were kind and courteous. Very pleased with my experience.Cons:No comment here. Had a very good experience.Reviewed 3 May 2021

Pros:The car was fine and got very good gas mileageCons:During both pick up and drop off of the rental vehicle, one of the two agents on duty had to leave, despite customers waiting in line, to “drop off and pick up keys“. I did notice the agent ( at drop off ) had one key when he left his post with 3 to 4 people waiting in line.Reviewed 8 Sept 2020

Pros:The gentleman who checked me in was a trainee. No one was around to assist him. He was polite but had no social skills and wanted me to sit down as there were no cars available at my check in time. I’ve never heard that before. Not that it couldn’t be possible, but should be explained better.Cons:If I have to wait, tell me that you will give me a free upgrade to get me moving quicker. Actually call down to the garage to double check. Give me a timeline... I made him call the garage to verify and then there happened to be a car. Who knows how long I might have waited if I didn’t insist.Reviewed 9 Aug 2019
