Buy the protection from Kayak upfront!Pros:The car worked well, and the checkout process was well done. THe people at the counter were extremely patient as I needed to check on Collisions Damage Waiver, etc. with another company. The coverage offered by Kayak at the bottom of the confirmation email was much less expensive, so I definitely recommend taking this if you want coverage.Cons:Optional coverage was outrageous. Signage to return the car was poor. It's marked something like Rental Car Shade or something strange like that.Reviewed 2 Mar 2018
