Cons:The budget customer service staff needs to work on their customer service experience. Their behavior is what drives this poor review. Pros:Nothing about the experience was good.Cons:First car we got had a clunk in the right front area. Second car was dirty inside & had no windshield washer fluid. Never againPros:Such a disappointment with Budget. Due to some issues with the van we rented through Budget during our drive from the Midwest to Florida (lack of oil, low air in tires) I called in asking for an extension time to drop off, which they confirmed after explaining the situation. At drop off Budget charges me the additional entire day of $350+ saying there were no notes in their system.Cons:Their lack of professionalism, I feel I have been ripped off from this rental company.Reviewed 13 Jan 2019
