The customer-facing staff decided to close the office 5 minutes early and threatened me that I would have to keep the car incurring expenses for another couple of days over the weekend, They were rude and dismissive, and the only way I could return the car was to call their manager and complain. Furthermore, the staff neglected to inform me about the option to add the car to my road toll payment app. This lack of information led to me incurring a high service fee for toll road payments, which I consider to be a very poor business practice. Overall, the car was fine, but the service was deplorable, and I will not be hiring from Budget again!Reviewed 9 Jun 2024
