Pickup and drop off were a breeze and the clerk was friendly and efficient. Found my car easily and was off to my destination within 15 mins from walking up to the counter. Price was so so and the car smelled like weed (and air freshener) but otherwise a great experience.Reviewed 16 Aug 2026

The Kayak website promised that I would get a Compact SUV -- however when I showed up at Budget, the staff said they only saw a reservation for a 'car' and not an 'SUV' and there was no way they could give me an SUV at that rate. They then charged me $35 extra to get an SUV.Reviewed 2 Mar 2026

Everything was awesome. The drop off was the most annoying part, but still a 9.5 out of 10. Customer services was great and super quick.Reviewed 6 Jan 2025

Dropoff process was overly complicated, was sent a text to open the app to drop off, but then I had to download the app, create an Avis account, and it didn't link the reservation to my account after manually inputting the reservation info. I would've preferred an outdoors key drop-off and a simple text to let them know I dropped off the car, instead of waiting in line for 5 minutes.Reviewed 10 Oct 2022
