Not goodPros:The manager was understanding and friendly.Cons:I booked 3 days prior for a 12:00 pm pick-up, when we arrived at pickup time they didn’t have a car ready for us. They said they had called the night before to let us know they didn’t have a car available but we never recieved a call. Instead of giving us a car they had outside in the lot they told us to call back in three hours to see if someone had dropped one off. When we called they did have one available and it was supposedly an upgrade. They have us a Ford Focus. Yeah what an upgrade. Wont be doing business here again.Reviewed 24 Jul 2018

Disgustingly wreaked of cigarette smokeCons:Disgustingly wreaked of cigarette smoke & the Budget rep would not oblige us with a different rental although sprayed the car with febreeze for us. We bought Heavy Duty febreeze spray & febreeze vent inserts after leaving the car doors open for two days to air out..the smoke smell was still there. ironically there was a no smoking sign on the passanger window.Reviewed 12 Aug 2016
