The wait time for picking up the vehicle was ridiculous. My reservation was for 6pm and I got there around that time. I waited over an hour for the vehicle to be cleaned and ready. Got out of the lot close to 7:30pm. I returned the vehicle around 9pm. Came to find out they charged me 3 extra hours because the vehicle was due at 6pm. But they didn't discount the extra 1.5 hours that took me to pickup the vehicle! The vehicle was comfortable.Reviewed 5 Sept 2024

I normally use Thrifty but used Budget this time, took over an hour to get my car was 3rd in line, had to wait til a car came back and cleaned before i got one. ended up being late for my appointment because of that. very disappointed and won't use Budget again. Thanks JohnReviewed 4 Sept 2024
