Took nearly 3 hours from the time I arrived at Budget to driving off in the car. Just standing in the initial line took over an hour. Then had to wait for the car to be ready. Dirty parking lot, 35 minutes waiting time to pick up a reserved car with one person ahead in line and 3 people behind me who showed up after me. Have fastbreak registration which didn’t do me any good, less of what budget promises. Was told no car available for me because I showed up 75 minutes before reservation time (10:00), yet there were about 40 cars on the lot. Fazit: one too many of more recent entitled budget disappointments, will not consider this agency again no matter what their price offer is.
