The vehicle was reserved months in advance but there was no vehicle available when we arrived. We waited for over 30 min in the garage while a vehicle was being delivered. Our flight got in later than Budget was open. Even though the rental was scheduled for that day, we came in the next morning, and were able to get our vehicle with no problems. The lady who helped us was funny and kind. The Pacifica was clean and comfortable. Definitely the best fit for our family of 7 adults. Drop off was super quick and painless.Reviewed 16 Apr 2026
