Pros:We had a problem where we were told to pick up the car from one place than went there and they sent us 12 miles away to pick it up. Pros:Drop off was a breeze!Cons:Pick- up was not the greatest. We waited close to 45 minutes in line before getting to the counter. Then the agent was more interested in chatting than working. The Alamo line appeared to go much faster and smoother. Also, the agent would say you want this correct and if we weren't paying attention, we would have paid for things we didn't need. It was bad enough we went with the 'special' upgrade just to shut him up. When we were done, the line behind us was close to 20 people deep. Plus the cat smelled like smoke but after waiting so long, we just went with it.Reviewed 25 Jan 2021
