Pros:Drop off was easy. I just pulled it into a space and dropped the keys at the rental desk inside the airport.Cons:Lots of things could be improved. I reserved the car 3 weeks in advance, and had to wait an hour past the reserved pick-up time to get keys. The excuse was "we're busy." Five minutes after leaving the rental lot, various warning lights came on and remained on/off throughout our week rental. Car could have been cleaner too.Reviewed 20 Mar 2021

Pros:They were nice on the phone and in the end I forgot my wallet and the called us just in time.Cons:We call to ask about car seats, they said they take care of it. We arrived an hour earlier, se we talked about the car seats again and waited for our allotted time because there were no other cars, no problem there, the problem is that even when we showed an hour later the car was ready they dumped the car seats on us not on the car, and they knew is was 3 car seats, so that's all the luggage, all 3 kids and all 3 car seats, and if we're paying to use the car seats we do expect to see the car seats in the car not at the window, we have rented cars everywhere domestically and abroad amd that's the first time we have to pay, install and carry car seats.Reviewed 14 Feb 2021

Pros:Car functioned very well. Retrieval process from lot was easy.Cons:Agent at desk was not friendly or polite. Instructions for return of vehicle were unclear and I had to go back through customs again to return keys.Reviewed 10 Jul 2019

Pros:The service was fast and the pick up/drop off was easy. However, I was a bit shocked to see the car that was assigned to me was dirty and beat up with dents and scratches everywhere on the vehicle. I thought, I'm glad I declined the additional coverage the agent tried to get me to take on it!Cons:The condition of the vehicle was terrible! It was dirty with dents and scratches everywhere on it! Pros:Not much that I liked about this. I used Kayak to find a rent car and ended up with Budget. Booked a full-size car but when I arrived it was not ready, gave me 2 choices wait while they get it ready or take a jeep wrangler for an additional $20 per day. I had my 8 yo & 4 yo granddaughters with me.Cons:I had to go out of the airport and across the parking lot and up stairs to a fenced in area to get to the jeep they rented me. Impossible task with 3 large suitcases and 3 carry-ons and 8 yo & 4yo granddaughters, they had slots closer. Also signs were not clear on returning cars & keys.Reviewed 11 May 2019
