The wait time for pickup was very long. The Budget employee that I worked with was pushy with selling their insurance to the point of giving misinformation. San Diego Budget rental agent provides excellence service. LOS ANGELES too except the shuttle bys driver not a vey pleasant experience . We requested to be drop off at the departure area @Tom Bradley Intl AIrport but she drop us off like a piece of luggage at the arrival and told us to walk. She's rude , we have to walk 1/2 a mile to find the departure. That's a bad customer service.
