Cons (-) Not everything is included, some things are not available when requested included similar meals. There are some staff not to friendly, others are better.

Pros (+) The only thing i liked aboud grand oasis was the beach view and the huge pool inside oasis.
Cons (-) I didnt like the poor customer service the cleanliness was poor also i was out of water in the whole facility for about 8 hours and it was very bad. Overall i wouldnt go back again to this resort

Cons (-) The air conditioning does not work, the service was extremely poor and slow, they try to lie to you and tell you that they don't have any other accommodations and they're coming to help you but they never do.

Pros (+) The food variety was decent. Not enough meat! The Bar always open was nice, the location, pool & beach are good.
Cons (-) The staff is slow at resolving things. Took forever to check in, there is a language barrier because not everyone speaks good English. The rooms are in desperate need of updating. No luxury here.
