Only one elevator worked the entire time we stayed there out of 4 elevators, took about 20 mins or more each time we wanted to go in and out. Run down and out of date room / decor and furniture. It felt like a hourly motel off highway.

Pros (+) I usually don’t do reviews but this one was super necessary. The hotel has a great location and the facilities are nice. However the service was awful. Really bad. We got there at 10pm on a Thursday and there was not anything to eat. Pros (+) Beach location with rock wall near helps tame the steady waves. Nice outdoor pools and beach facilities. All staff is helpful and friendly.

Pros (+) To begin with the staff was amazing! Always willing to help no matter what. We never had problems with anything in the room and if we needed something it was done promptly. The beach view was to die for! The hotel was always clean and food was always good which is a plus! I highly recommend staying here! Will definitely book here again when the time comes!
Cons (-) The hotel is general was not fresh. As soon as you walked it you could feel the humidity but the rooms were really cool and fresh so it worked out!(:
