Drop off was closed and empty with nobody around, just a dark garage with a handwritten sign that said “leave keys in car”

Pros:

The drop off location at TF Green airport is very confusing. Not budgets fault though.

Cons:

I was 37 minute late and they tried to charge me $109 in late fees. I argued it down to 28 dollars, but the additional charge - almost a full day's fee! - was completely ridiculous.
