Cons: At first they "couldn't find" my reservation; they tried to charge me more than twice my reserved rate; and they had me returning it to the same location when I had a one way rental. Once I used my smartphone to pull up my email and showed them the reservation then they were suddenly able to find it in their system. My car wasn't ready so they found another car but it was an upgrade which is normally a $30 a day extra fee but they only were charging me an extra $15 a day. By this time I had wasted so much time in their facility I told them just give it to me so I could get on my way. The Representative was very polite during the entire ordeal but just didn't give me what I reserved in the time it was supposed to be ready. I haven't received the final bill yet. I'm expected a battle.
