Too noisy as we could hear traffic on highway.
Good overall AC noisy, hum could keep light sleepers up
Free breakfast, clean rooms, attentive staff. No disneyland shuttle
The sheets weren't changed on our beds we found hairs on the sheets when we took off the comforter
Staff was very friendly and willing to help me and my boyfriend right away. The room was very spacious and very comfortable and overall clean. The walls where kind of thin so we could hear what was going on on the room next to us, and the carpet looked a bit dirty.
The bed was very comfortable and freshly made each day. The bathrooms were clean and had freshly washed towels every day.The friendly staff was responsive to all requests. Breakfast was great. Good coffee. Great location for us to visit our family in Anaheim each day. I felt safe and secure while we stayed at the Comfort Inn. I think that is time to start thinking about replacing carpets. The whole place would feel a bit fresher and more welcoming.
Clean, free continental breakfast None really
For the time and season near Disneyland even tho we weren't staying there for it, was a great place to stay. Rooms were good - AC Worked Well - Room had Micro and Fridge+ Staff was very helpful and nice. - They had security which made me feel safe. The pool was awesome. Its close to a lot of helpful areas. Security. Although made me feel safe it felt awkward. Backdoor entrance wasn't 100% unlocked when you used your card. you had to wiggle it. Not a Con But If you don't like a crazy morning breakfast, don't stay here. They do keep it clean however. KIDS
Breakfast Easy online check in No direct shuttle
After reading reviews for this hotel decided to give it a shot. It is a great room for what you get as far as value. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. All in all it exceeded our expectations. Also extremely close to Disneyland which is the purpose of why we chose this place. If we had to complain about one thing it was that some of the items were not fully fully clean ( I.e. the lounge chair had stains and the lampshade was stained as well). And that's me nitpicking but everything else was fantastic.
Complementary warm free choco chip cookies upon check in, they were soft and yummy! My son loved that! the beds are the comfiest hotel beds I have ever slept in. Was worried that the ambulances at the nearby hospital would keep us up but the beds were so wonderful that I slept like a little baby. SUPER clean lots of fun things around to do including a complimentary shuttle bus to Disney resort! Only 8 minute drive, SUPER quick! Also the night time driver Ray is a lot of fun! He did little magic tricks and told cute jokes. He also gave my son another free cookie and even a free Mickey mouse calendar! My son wrote Ray a letter telling him that he was "the best driver EVER". They overcharged me. I had two rooms for 4 nights and upon checking in to my room I looked at my bank acct and each room was charged a separate $100?? Called the front desk and had to get my bank on the phone but they took care of it. Had to go without some vacation money for a few days. Then the front desk manager accidentally charged another $100 to my card, leaving me without $300 of my vacation money for several days. Uncool. They did their best to fix their mistakes but didn't offer any compensation for me having to go without my spending money which I was upset about.
Like everyone, I liked the warm chocolate chip cookie. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. Most people seemed to be there for Disneyland visits and I was not but nobody got on my nerves. Parking lot was under renovation so there was no self parking. Fortunately they did not charge for in and out. Fitness center could use some more machines. A heads up when I booked the room about the parking situation would have been nice,
The fire pit. The cash deposit and the pay $15 to park your car. Totally was not describes prior to purchase or I would have stayed at the Embassy suites.
Very run down
No breakfast. Valet didn't know how to get to the pool.
The room was very spacious and for the most part, clean. The view from our room was great, we could see Angels stadium. The carpet could use a deep cleaning. My son is a crawler and we didn't realize the floor wasn't clean (to the eye, it looks pristine), it's a dark carpet and hides a lot. My son's knees and hands were black from the carpet, for the short time we allowed him to explore. The hotel is next to a hospital, so there is a lot of noise from sirens. It wasn't too bad, and easily ignored. A little disappointed wifi was not included for the amount we spent on the room.
Bed was supper comfortable Parking situation. The parking lot was full in front of the building. I had two cars and was told I wouldn't be charged for parking one. That wasn't not true. Also. When they parking lot was full. There was no one there directing anyone to the other parking structure. I had to guess and ended up across the street in what I was later told was a federal building parking lot and that I had to move my car before it was towed. The hotel said that I had to park in there structure. I asked how I was suppose to know where it was and the guy just said I'm sorry. It was right there. I was like, right where, there are no signs. Long story short. I paid for 30 min of parking at a federal building parking lot. Instead of the hotel.
The location, facilities and friendly staff Food service closed by 11pm on Saturday night
I love the shuttles that they have for Disneyland. It's probably a 10-15 minute ride over depending on traffic. All the shuttle drivers are nice and helpful. Rooms are always clean and nice staff are friendly and have cookies at the front desk if you ask. When we tried to go to Disney on Sunday they changed the bus schedule on us. We didn't know until 15 minutes after the shuttle was supposed to arrive and we asked. If you stay and go to the park keep up on shuttle schedules because they change! Paying $15 a night for your own hotel parking kinda sucks too.
Nothing The place looks nice once entering the lobby, but it's all down hill when you reach the rooms. Dirty, run down dump.
We arrived early and they accommodated us with an early check-in. The room was standard and pretty clean. The hotel staff was great and even helped us find a great sushi place to go for dinner. The housekeeping staff was great as well. For a quick trip, the overall experience exceeded my expectations for paying such a cheap price. Would definitely return.
The comforts. There was no fridge. small room plugs for charges were loose and not working . no video game console as stated on the deal. over priced for the lack or amenities. No basic complimentary breakfast. I could or paid the same amount for more amenities elsewhere.
Location was great. Walking distance from restaurants, movie theater, Honda Center, Angel Stadium. Building was well maintained. Looked nice. Price was acceptable for the quality of the product. The room itself was very plain, and dated. The cabinets were white melamine and were yellowing. The sheets were horrible and the bed was flat. The pillows were bad. The furniture was old, dated, and very basic. Even when this room was brand new, it would've looked cheap. Nice, but cheap. Towels were very cheap. Reminded me of my HS locker room. Bathroom did not have shampoo or bath soap. While the room was clean, it looked old and dated and contributed to an overall negative opinion. I'm glad I was only there for a few days. I would've checked out if it were for any longer. This is my first stay in an Extended Stay hotel. Not sure if my experience was typical. I would not recommend this location, unless it's only thing available. It seemed like there was an apartment atmosphere with some of the people. A lot of people stood around smoking in front of the door at the end of the building.
Overall accommodations were satisfactory....room clean enough...kitchen in room great for those on long trips...location and ease of access to surroundings is great...a lot of options in the area Breakfast...not exactly what they advertise...only coffee and prepackaged granola bars/vending machine worthy muffins...ended too early (9am)....staff was not knowledgeable about the area/could not make recommendations for dining besides McDonalds...even when providing take out menus, they only gave restaurants that were already closed...only 1 out of 5 staff members were friendly...even housekeeping rude when found out I had late checkout...could not provide amenities for what a guest may need in their room kitchen (i.e. wine opener)...but good enough
Location STAY AWAY!! Had ants in my room and front desk wouldn't take care of it. Had to wait 25 minutes to check in. Room was dirty, towels not clean, bathroom had mold, requested a pan and had to wait 12 hours because they were all being used.
Staff and location Floor was sticky and the sheets and pillows smelled dirty.
Found multiple items the previous room users forgot to put in the trash. Housekeeping apparently had a bad day too. Location is good for the Angels ball park
Clean and quiet. Breakfast selection was limited and quality was not very good. Having stayed at other Ayres properties, I expected better. The free hot breakfast was a main reason for booking here.
breakfast. Good value.
The actual room was fine, just as you would expect from any non-budget hotel. On the online booking site it was described as a "boutique hotel" in an excellent location. There was nothing special about the place. I have no idea why it was described as "boutique." I booked there based on the description to give my daughter a different experience than the other hotels on our vacation, but it was very similar to the Doubletree we stayed at in Flagstaff on our drive out. I don't know what I expected, but I was certainly not impressed. The price was about double what it should have been for a similar room at a name brand hotel chain. I would NOT book a room there again. Website reviews also stated hotel was 0.7 miles from Angels Stadium. According to my car odometer and Google Map App it was closer to 1.1-1.2 miles, too far for my daughter to walk in summer heat. If you have to drive to get where you are going anyway, location is NOT an advantage as advertised.
great value, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable clean rooms with great beds/bedding
The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us save money by booking a town car to the airport. The free breakfast was great. I liked that check out wasn't until 12pm. The hotel was located a short bus trip from Disneyland. For $5 we could by an all day bus pass. The bus drivers were always friendly and on time in most instances.
The location in proximity to Angels stadium was fantastic. Nice decor, clean and quiet rooms, good breakfast.
Loved the breakfast and friendly staff! Quiet, comfortable hotel! Would recommend to anyone!! Didn't like paying extra for parking.
I ENJOYED MY STAY AT AYRES. THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL, AND I FELT COMFORTABLE THERE. GREAT KITCHENETTE AND LOTS OF SPACE AND WORK FEEL. I WASN'T A FAN OF EXTRA PARKING COSTS NOR THE LONG HALLWAYS, WHICH EVENTUALLY I LEARNED THAT IT WAS QUICKER TO GO IN AND OUT THROUGH THE STAIRS OF ONE SIDE OF THE BUILDING.
Breakfast was fantastic. Pay for parking? I already apid for the room, now I need to pay for my one and only car to use your parking lot? It should be for guests and should be included in my room price. Separate sitting room in this "suite" is a joke. Its a table in the same room as the beds. That is NOT separate.
Very friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds! Will definitly stay here again! N/a
Breakfast buffet was very beneficial for my family. With four young children it's one of the reasons my wife and I prefer your hotel over others. I wasn't aware that if I used handicapped parking during my entire stay, that I would still get charged a $10 daily fee. That seems very odd considering that any vehicle with a valid handicap placard, can't be towed anyway. You may also want to reconsider the setup of rooms for those who are staying with small children. The Portofinos selling point for me was the bunk beds for the kids and the sliding doors that separate the kids room from the parents room. Please consider adding at least three 2.1 amp USB ports to your rooms. A digitally connected family like mine would greatly benefit if there are various charging points for our phones and tablets.
the room size, amenities, cleanliness, privacy, quietness, but most of all the very professional and helpful staff nothing
Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Very noisy building. Had to sleep with air conditioning on in o Order to try to sleep.
Drove up from San Diego for a hockey game at Honda Center and stayed here for the night. Couldn't ask for better location. On top of that staff is friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable! Oh and happy hour 5:30-6:30 includes free drinks and appetizers! Awesome!
Convenient location to Disneyland, Anaheim stadium, Honda center and freeways. Quiet, comfortable rooms, free breakfast, free evening snacks and free internet Tiny lobby with little room during evening snacks
Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is good. Prime location I got 1 item dry cleaned and they lost my item. I was stressed and pissed off that they couldn't find it. After a full day of them searching everywhere they finally found it. Apparently someone didn’t do their job right. Other then this little incident it was nice. It wouldn’t hurt if they updated the fitness center. Good, but I've stayed in hotels that I paid less and the gym was more up-to-date.
Fantastic location (close to downtown Anaheim, Disneyland, Angel Stadium, The Pond, Orange, I5/I57/I55/I22...), great facilities (tasty food, very nice interior and rooms), and efficient staff. I was disappointed that the continental breakfast was not free; the food in general was a little overpriced, but very good.
Good localisation No place on parking
I was very impressed with the way this hotel was run. The staff was courteous, everything was clean, nothing was in shambles. The breakfast was great, and the complementary drinks in the evening was actually a great gathering place. My room was spacious. A wonderful overall experience. The only problem I had with my room was that the bedroom tv was not showing all the channels. It didn't bother me that much, seeing that I didn't mention it until I was checking out, and they sent someone to fix it as I was leaving.
Breakfast is outstanding each morning. Great staff, servicing of room and perfect location. Super Clean room. Will DEFINITELY stay again... Parking was very limited at the hotel. Seems to be a war between the adjacent college with the college having most of the parking spaces. Makes it really hard for the hotel patrons. They WILL tow you if you park in the wrong place (the staff warns you about this)
The room is very clean and spacious The foods are expensive and don"t have much choices same as the stuffs that they sell in their gift shop like bottle water and all others
close to Disney land, free parking Poor reciption, I was denied the breakfast untill I contacted booking . com and the spoke to the manager who solved the issue
Complementary breakfast buffet was amazing. Walking distance to Angel Stadium and close to Disney Land. Very nice suite rooms and awesome views. It would be nice if they didn't charge for parking.
We like the convenient and easy access.. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Did not like extra payment for parking daily.
clean rooms Rude staff and very limited parking. I had to walk fairly far with bags ect. Hidden parking fees of $10.
Breakfast excellent. Free Internet. Good location. Parts of the hotel could do with updating.
Manager on site was very rude and unfriendly ! He never apologized for his behavior nor did he offer a solution
Very clean, room with internet and service attendants were excellent. The food was very good. Ciomplement the fitness center with more options than what was available.
Quite for relaxation Nothing I can think off.
I liked the spaciousness of the rooms. It's my first time staying at a Howard Johnson Inn and I really liked my room.
The location right next to a freeway, but the room was insulated enough you could not hear the traffic. This facility had a pool but I would not consider this location a prime spot for a family vacation pool side. The occupants in some of the other rooms were a little sketchy. I felt like they were locals who were living there. We were a party of 4, but a cleaning service kept replacing all our towel with only 2 sets vs 4 sets.
There was nothing really wrong with the place, it just wasn't very nice. The breakfast is just cold cereal danishes and toast. Nothing with protein.
Thingsvwere clean. Parking was difficult. It was next to the 91 freeway on ramp. You had to drive through a gas station to get in and out of the property.
The place was clean. The bed had lumps. The side rail of the bed frame was sticking out and kept hitting my legs. The bedding was stained. The bathroom walls looked like a messy cement job. It looked like they rented rooms to monthly occupants. People yelling and fighting outside. It looked like a crack house on the side of the freeway. parking was horrible.
It provided me a bed and a shower. I was not pleased with the proximity of smoking rooms to non-smoking rooms - too close! The lighting was poor, one light fixture gone altogether.
Didn't like anything about this place Beds & pillows we're all lumpy. Woke up with an aching body. Sheets & towels were disgusting, we had to go & purchase our own sheets & towels. This place is just gross. Found a cigarette & someone's nasty shoe under the bed.
The room was nice The staff was rude!!
Clean/comfy room. Good price. Near places to eat (Sushi & gas station) as well as others on busy road which has a local bus route. Location very hard to access. Have go into a Chevron gas station to enter then go through that parking lot til you get to the hotel.
Its simple, clean, comfortable and cheap.... Its great! I mailed to your staff asking about sending a package to the hotel few day before my reservation, I wanted to keep it until I arrived, but they never answer my mail.
Pretty aged facility...
Great hot breakfast as well as evening reception meal. It was close 5min drive to Disneyland Resort parking. Paying extra for hotel parking, $12/night.
Room was bigger and better equipped than we expected. The convenience of the shuttlebus and availability of early breakfast made it the ideal location for visiting Disney.
Clean an beautiful room I did not like paying $32 to valet our car for one night
Got a great deal great location! Be prepared for the $30 parking fee.
$32/night mandatory valet parking is ridiculous. Other than that, nice place.
Mattress was comfy. No self parking option. Valet $32 but half price for hybrid vehicles.
$32 for parking! My god.
Quiet room, good gym, nice pool area, friendly staff. Limited food options (restaurant closed for lunch on Saturday), mediocre TV reception (channels and quality), room looked a bit tired.
Below average service Room had a weird smell. Asked reception to change my room and they said that they couldnt. They told me that I would need to upgrade and pay the price difference. Cleaning service were cleaning empty rooms at 10 pm while we were trying to sleep. 32$ parking per night in an area where it should be free. Better options out there. Definitely not returning.
The rooms need to be updated.
We booked a single King. We got a tiny room with two double beds. Said they were out of Kings. Said they don't guarantee requests for online bookings. We were very disappointed. They did move us the second night but there was a constant banging noise in the vent so we couldn't sleep. We were treated like second class boarders. Parking is $32 a night with no option. The breakfast was not up to Fairmont standards. We will not stay there again.
The bathroom was great and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was just fair.
It was all very beautiful, nice comfortable bed. Everything seems nice, new, and fresh. Amazing internet speed. Seems very executive. No where nearby will have free or cheap parking. I paid $30 bucks for parking overnight and $20 for wifi. Room was decently priced, but it was so fancy i didn't want to take the complimentary soaps just incase they'd charge me for that too.
The staff was very friendly and they surprised us a an anniversary treat!! The room was beautiful and the bed was super comfy! Valet is mandatory and quite expensive!
Comfy and close to disney and the staff is super friendly.
Close proximity to Disney land. Clean and quite. All good
Nice room, good value for the money. Very poorely organised!!! Especially breakfast - it was terrible.
IT HAD POOL AND SAUNA. ALSO IT HAD ART BUS SERVICE. THE RESTAURANT FOOD WAS NOT SO GOOD.
The staff was friendly, the room was big and clean. And it was close to everywhere we needed to be. They charged my credit card a $50 "security deposit" when I checked in. I asked the staff why and she said They always do it... They refunded me after I checked out. But it took about 4days to get put back in my bank.
The price was good and the hotel is clean. Breakfast was not included. Room is very modest. It was vey clean.
The room is big enough, very good bathroom, possibility to stay with family in one room because of two beds, good staff and possibility to eat in the cafe inside the hotel. A little bit noisy because of highway nearby the hotel.
Comfy beds, nice and clean friendly staff. Only a $5 Uber ride to the Disney parks. The restaurant is only open for breakfast and dinner and the cafe is only till 11am kinda sucks when check out is at 11am too and your hungry.
Close to Disney Right next to freeway. Thought window was open could hear freeway all night. Also walls vibrated every 30 minutes. Could not sleep at all
The hotel is OK, well equipped, clean and good to spend time in. It is placed near the freeway, so the rooms in lower part of the hotel may be a little loud.
Very clean room and friendly staff
The hotel is super close to Disneyland without ridiculous prices. Also, it has the convenience of a motel but the luxury of a hotel and is really clean with a nice breakfast each morning. There is rarely parking available on busy days and therefore I was told by staff to park in handicaps, red fire zones, and other places where I didn't feel was safe to park my car
We stayed at this hotel while in town for Disneyland's Half Marathon Weekend. Overall, great value for the money, clean, and proximity to Disney Parks was especially convenient. The A/C unit is a bit loud, which makes it hard to sleep or hear your tv.
Walking distance to enter the park via the Grand Californian Hotel and Downtown Disney. Good, basic hotel room to stay in close to the parks. Checked in at 11pm, walked all the way to the room with a tired wife and tired 4 year old. Room key did not work. Walked all the way back and the staff did not apologize at all. Just made a new key and said "you should be good." Small but infuriating detail. Breakfast time is a zoo.
Bed was comfortable Had to pay $10 a day to park and they didn'thave enough parking spots. The ACTUAL didn't cool the room. The complimentary breakfast was crowded ,place was dirty and the food was awful. Asking help with direction was pitiful
Breakfast Price Location
I liked the continental breakfast. It had a wide variety but they were constantly running out of things so go before 8. The parking was a nightmare.we ended up parking at a nearby hotel one of the nights.
Crazy close to Disneyland, the staff was really nice and breakfast was fantastic. Had to pay 10$ a night for parking extra which was a surprise.
The location was fantastic as it's across the street to Disneyland California Adventure. The rooms have been maintained well or have been remodeled recently and include a decent sized mini-fridge. Free continental breakfast was nice to have. Parking was easy. Hot tea b and pool were nice and had a great view of nightly Disney fireworks. Overall it was a good value. The beds were substandard. They were like sleeping on a trampoline. The pillows were so thick and dense they were uncomfortable. But the comforters were thin, not much thicker than sheets. The hotel was very busy, and so the breakfast was a disaster to access and they were out of half of the items early. The elevator was out of order so I had to carry my heavy bags to the third floor. You can hear people walk past your room or talking outside the room.
Room was clean Separate shower and sink area a plus Included breakfast was awesome.
We arrived EARLY and they accommodated our early check in thanks to an empty room. The room itself was clean me organized. The sheets were fresh, the mattresses soft and supportive, but the bathroom was tiny and the rugs a little worn. We enjoyed the free breakfast, though the selection is rather limited. The staff was friendly and attentive, had answers for all my questions. Even the people staying alongside us were pleasant and non-disruptive. Having stayed in the other best western's around, this by far was the best experience. I honestly have no negative reviews.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, check in and out was super easy. Stuff was super friendly. Love the free breakfast, it really helps you save money if you have a full breakfast you can last until a early dinner. Only a few min walk to park... Carpet was a little outdated.
Not too far from the parks, shuttle service was available right outside the front desk, multiple pools and hot tubs, gym facility if needed, included breakfast. All major key points that make me want to stay here again. Just a few little things that I didn't like. None are deal breakers nor did they make me want to ever come back. First of all, I have a dairy allergy and a lot of the breakfast options had dairy in them. The eggs and potatoes both had cheese in them and you couldn't exactly take the cheese out. It's 2016, dairy allergies are very common so you'd think they'd be a little more considerate. Second, we were there for four days and they only cleaned our room once. Then when they actually cleaned our room, they made the beds but then left all the pillows in a pile on one of the chairs and left one of the throw blankets bundled up and tucked into the night stand. Not sure why that was a thing but it happened. Lastly, and this is mostly me being knit picky, there are only soda and ice machines on the first and third floors. We stayed on the second floor unfortunately and it was a minor inconvenience to to have to walk all the way to the middle of the second floor then go down the stairs and back again just for ice. Not the biggest deal I just don't understand why it was designed that way.
Staff was very courteous and friendly. Excellent customer service. The location was great. Loved taking the shuttle to Disneyland from the hotel. Hotel is well kept. Loved the lobby - spacious. The Starbucks, gift shop and deli. Even thought we felt self parking was expenses we appreciated that the parking was adjacent to the hotel. Overall we had a wonderful time at the Hyatt Regency Orange County and we look forward to staying there again. The mattress' were not comfortable. The pillows looked worn, pretty flat. Housekeeping didn't leave us enough towels on two days. We got confused when we drove up to the hotel and staff (not sure if they were all Valet staff) came to our car and immediately asked us if self park or valet. and began to pull our bags out of the card. We had no idea what we were going to do without checking in first. That was a bit overwhelming. We felt self parking was too expenses.
What a friendly and service oriented team! Made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.
This is our 4th stay in Hyatt regency orange county this represent how we are loyal to this hotel we just feel like home
As soon as we walked in we felt welcomed, It was our hotel choice as newly weds on our honeymoon and Helen the front desk coordinator was great! She bumped our room from standard king to a full suite!! Must I add she also gave us complimentary chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of wine!! This was all unexpected! I would definitely book here again and recommend it! :)
I have had a big problem staying there due to the feather pillows. The air system is very dusty with a poor filter. The pillows are full of dust. I had a bad allergic reaction to the dust. The service was very good.
The hotel lobby was beautiful and the employees were very nice. We had 3 different groups of family coming in and the person who checked us in gave us top notch service and was able to let us check-into our rooms early. He even let us have free shuttle tickets for everyone for Disneyland. I definitely will be back. With a group of 12 of us it was much easier to have the breakfast buffet at the restaurant in the lobby. it turned out great!
Easy access via shuttle which is convenient. The shuttle/parking should be free for guests... I wouls have given an extra star for the extra value.
Everything was very good overall and with a few minor issues (mostly personal things) they did a very good job with everything. Room was clean, as well as the bathroom. View was super nice and clear from the 16th floor, south tower. Staff in hotel was courteous and fast. Soap in bathroom was used. TV was pure static. No complimentary breakfast. Valet was sort of rude.
It was clean, convenient for our conference, room was comfortable, staff and service was above expectations. Hotel food/restaurant/bar was good. Also close to other restaurants.
The staff was extremely nice and helpful!
Loved the location, room cleaness, staff was very friendly and bed was confortable. Breakfast buffet was a bit over priced.
The hotel has an amazing staff. The two restaurants are very good and offer really good food unlike most hotel restaurants. We had the one bedroom suite and it was very clean. The hotel has its own shuttle bus going to and from Disney check out is at 1200 am. I paid $170 per night and it was far better than the Fairfield inn by Marriott which is located right across the main entrance to Disney Land. There is a Starbucks inside the hotel!! The prices in the little store of the hotel are somewhat ridiculous but it is a great hotel. Parking is rediculous with $27 per night. One Bus is not enough during peak hours to get guests to park.
The place was clean and comfortable and the free shuttle to Disneyland was a huge plus!! Loved it!
The bed was very uncomfortable. Room smelled like smoke.
Location My room was next to the elevator and was noisy
Could be more pleasant at front desk during check-in.
We stayed at this hotel when it was only a year or so old and feel it needs an update. It was clean, but felt it was lacking.
Love that they served hot breakfast!!!! Helps when you have small children and all of you are beat from Disneyland the night before. My kids loved the bunk bed!!! It's about a 25-30 min walk to Disneyland, but it doesn't feel that long at all! Kids didn't complain, so that was a plus! Staff was friendly and no one bothered! I will definitely rent a room here again on our next Disneyland trip!
The location for the price was excellent, it was paid parking but there was always enough open spaces. The hotel is very close to both Disney and the Anahiem Convention center and was one of only a few hotels in the area to have breakfast included. Overall a good hotel for the price and will likely come back on future business trips. For the most part it was a pretty standard best western. There were a few oddities that didn't bother me but might bother others. Being in California it's very common to have open air hallways to the rooms the disadvantage of this is that it adds to the noise especially of cleaning carts rolling back and forth. When I tried to get ice both the ice machines on the 2nd and 3rd floor were not working. I did see the next day a new machine being assembled so it appears that problem was already being addressed. The outlets in my room for whatever reason fit plugs a bit loosely they all worked just had to be sure that the plug was all the way in and not falling out. The shower had ample hot water but when it was on it sounded like a motor was running in the distance, nothing wrong just came across as weird to me. Lastly the wifi was overall good but in my room it would only work consistently sitting at the desk of my room and the signal would fluctuate in quality especially during the morning and evening when the most people were around the hotel and active.
Loved that it had continental breakfast it was good .
I loved the hard wood floors, the cable and especially the small fridge and microwave. I felt at home. I did not like that the bathroom light switch was attached to the fan. The fan should be optional, it was too loud.
I would have rather taken my son to a Chevron gas station to use the bathroom then use the one in our room. There were ants it was just terrible. The staff were very nice.
The staff person who checked me in (different from the person on the phone) was kind. I forgot toothpaste and was able to be provided with some. There was a comfortable, outdoor patio where I was able to wait for my shuttle pick up. Complimentary breakfast included ramen noodles, little debby snack cakes, instant oatmeal, sunny D, and capri-sun. The temperature gauge on the shower handle was inverted (I turned toward the side indicated "cold" to make the water hot.) The staff person who answered my phone call prior to my arrival could not be helpful in making shuttle or transportation recommendations for getting from the airport to the hotel, which I found a bit odd.
