Cons (-) Not the hotels fault but due to covid, restaurant/bar was closed during our stay. Only open Thursday-Sat or Sun. Did care for having to go up to 2nd floor lobby and then switching elevators to get to our room

Cons (-) Had some unusually noisy middle-of-the-night mechanical noises. Staff compensated us with points willingly and graciously more than making up for it.
